Very good and friendly

I had a problem with my jeep ...I called Kelly jeep for service they took my jeep that same day and gave me a car with no problems to get around to work and other things till my jeep was fixed. ...that was awesome! !!!!

Great Buying Experience

I had a very nice buying experience with Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield. Justin and Kelley were terrific. They gave me the straight scoop on all the models I was considering and answered all my questions. The test drives were a breeze. My eventual purchase transaction was relatively quick and painless -- which as we know is not always the case. I love the Grand Cheriokee Overland I ultimately selected. I would recommend Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield to anyone.

Would not even consider buying a Jeep anywhere else.

The best Jeep dealership in New England. Exceptional staff from sales manager to business office. Always treated with the highest degree of professionalism. Trying to do the best they can to keep the consumer and dealership happy. Not easy. Janet, Kelley and Larry were great. If you are in the market for a Jeep do not waste your time with other dealerships! Kelly Jeep will always have the inventory and exceptional staff to make the car buying experience the right one for you.

Purchasing a new car

My salesman (Alex Zamakis) was excellent. He took the time to answer my questions (to my satisfaction). He applied no pressure and therefore there was a relaxed atmosphere where I felt comfortable asking questions. When we discussed price, he tried different scenarios, including price, rebates and loan interest rate/length of time to arrive at a price and monthly payment that I felt comfortable with. I felt like he was working for me!!! Quite a compliment. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone interested in buying a Jeep. I left Kelly Jeep with a total feeling of satisfaction and with a car a like. Jack O'Connell

Kelly good dealership Scott L Great salesman

It always amazes me how life evolves and yet car buying doesn't. Still good cop/bad cop- bringing the manager out. I'm not saying Kelly is different- but I think they do it better. I have leased two minivans and purchased one used car from Kelly in the last three years. Each transaction has gotten a bit easier and Kelly is a good outfit. Scott Lassiter however, is a great sales rep. It is rare to find someone so customer driven- doesn't matter if its a blizzard, if its time for him to go home, if he has 5 other people waiting for him- Scott always figures out a way to take care of your needs. These guys sell lots of cars every day- but Scott realizes its a big deal for the customer when they are in need. What separates Scott (and to that end Kelly because they need to approve) is that car buying does not end when the agreement is signed. Every car has some follow up issues- some cost money some are just a pain- but Scott makes sure that everything is attended to and doesn't hide from dealing with issues. I don't offer praise too often- but Scott and Kelly deserve it for a job well done

Exceeds excellent customer service

From speaking on the phone with Erin to make my appointment, then working with Scott Lassiter, Tom in finance and Kelley Bryon, the whole experience was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and hassle free. I actually had fun and was joking and laughing with Scott. It is a far different experience than what I have had with Boch cars in the past. I will recommend everyone I know to go to Kelley auto. Scott was the best car sales rep I have ever worked with. Not only was he friendly and informative, he was also very responsive when I had to deal with the insurance company and Scott made sure I had everything I needed to pick my car up on time.

Very helpful and easy to work with.

Kelly Jeep

I purchased my Cherokee at Kelly upon a suggestion from my friend Jimmy McKinnon who works there. He put me in touch with salesman Kevin Doherty who I can't say enough good things about. No pressure and answered every question. Jimmy also helped me along the way with certain questions I had and reassured me that after buying my car I was one of the Kelly family. The only hiccup I had was with the finance person. I believe his name was Rob. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor and when I called him out on a discrepancy on the price he could not have done less for me. But I advise anyone looking for a car to stop by and see Kevin and introduce yourself to Jimmy they make a stressful situation an enjoyable one

Pleasant and quick experience
