Great experience

I just had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle from Kelly Jeep. I must say it was a very enlightening experience for both my wife and myself upon walking into the showroom. Alex greeted us and right from the start made us very comfortable. His honesty and knowledge was tops! We test drove the vehicle that we had interest in and it was very easy to finalize the deal with Alex. This is also my fourth vehicle purchase from Kelly! Great dealerships to do business with both from Sales and Service.

Excellent customer service

I have been doing business with Kelly for several years! They have always given me prompt courteous service!!! I have nothing but praise for the dealership team but especially for Andrew the dealership manager! The Kelly Jeep team was nothing but fantastic throughout my whole process. I spoke with a couple different dealerships and Kelly Jeep was by far the best. From the beginning of the process working with Leny Zoquier, to Steve Sullivan as a sales rep, and Rob Page taking care of all the paperwork, they really did a great job. I will definitely be recommending Kelly Jeep to my friends and colleagues.

horrible customer service

long story but it was a very bad 3-4 different expierences ive had at this dealership. not very friendly, could not follow simple instructions on what i wanted done to my car. Ive bought 3 cars from kelly dealerships and will consider looking else where to purchase my next car based on my recent service expierence

Why bother to offer, when you dont follow through!!!

I hate the whole process, you go into the dealer & they tell you everything you want to hear & then in the following months after purchasing you come to find out they Messed up everything... They have the billing listed wrong, They werent too "customer service" friendly after the sale & I called/emailed back to try to have things changed & I was basically told. "Theres nothing we can do for you" Well I can take my service elsewhere & tell everyone else I know to do the same! And thats what Ive been doing. Not happy about my experience at all...
