Covered my Warranty on my amplifier/ IS-350

My Experience With Nick Gerlak

From the first day of our meeting with Nick almost two weeks back our our experience has been the best we have had in the last fifty years that we have been buying cars. There was no pressure put on us to make our mind. he answered all our questions with extreme knowledge and honesty. First car bought

I bought my first car today through Lexus of Naperville and they made my experience effortless and easy. Nick Gerlak helped me out and he showed me cars and suvs that he thought I would like and ended up finding a NX 200t & I love it! Lexus ES 350 2019 5000 mile service

Just had my brand new ES 350 in for its first 5000 mile service and the tires were rotated. Immediately after the rotation the vehicle developed a rumbling noise at highway speeds. The annoying noise prompted me to have it checked out at another dealer. Lexus of Peoria traced the noise to the cupping of one of the front tires and had the car checked for wheel alignment. The toe on the rear wheel was off specification resulting in the cupping of the rear tire which was subsequently rotated to the front at the 5K mile service hence the rumbling noise. An all wheel alignment was performed by Lexus of Peoria with their recommendation that I bring the car back after a 1000 mile run.. Lexus of Naperville failed to notice the cupping of the rear tire during the 5K service rotation resulting in a second trip to another dealer. This has been my third Lexus ES 350 from Lexus of Naperville. I am disappointed with the service of this dealership who I have been servicing my vehicles sins 2007. This has been my second event that has made me recall on a past service experience I have had a few years ago. Lexus of Naperville recommended that I replace rear brake pads on my ES 350 2008 that measured 3mm. However, I declined the service and opted to have it serviced at Lexus of Peoria who was less expensive. Lexus of Peoria was honest enough to reach out to me with the good news that the rear pads had 7 mm of thickness. This was brought to the attention of service department who did a second measurement of the rear pads and concluded that they were wrong the first time. There have been times that I have been pleased with their service but the last one on my ES 350 2019 5K service has been made thinking - about their service Ben Curcio did reach out to me last week and had a pleasant conversation about my concerns. Will bring in my Lexus 2019 to have the tire wear check after a 1000 mile run Thanks to you Ben for mailing the check refunding the 10% coupon that Mr. MICHAEL PIRELLI failed to honor on my ES 2008 service related to the power steering leak.. You do have a great friendly staff in the service but occasionally one or two stand out as otherwise and may require some re-orientation to exude some warmth. I

Positive Used Car Buying Experience at My Pace

Purchased a Certified Pre Owned car and the experience was extremely positive. Worked with Robin Zachary who was patient, knowledgeable, and amenable to our preferences, process and pace. We are very happy with the car, the deal we were able to strike and the process for closing the deal. They were very respectful of our time. I highly recommend this dealership and salesperson.

Dan Foster is the reason I deal with Lexus of Naperville. He's friendly and very knowledgeable. He makes time spent at the dealership , fly. The dealership is the cleanest I've ever been to in my life. If you guys ever go into the hotel business I'll be your first customer. The service department is also a joy to deal with. The employees are a pleasure to deal with, also. Even the cashiers are great to deal with.
