Very pleasurable experience. We thoroughly enjoy our 2019 RX350. First time premium vehicle owners. First time Lexus owners. Dan was extremely patient and helpful in informing us with the operation of this car. We’re Baby Boomers, Dan hit the mark.

Outstanding

We have been purchasing new vehicles and having them serviced at Lexus of Naperville for the last 11 years. The sales team is excellent and friendly especially our sales associate Sal Lala and Joe their finance manager. They have always been very fair on the new car and trade in numbers. It is truly an enjoyable experience purchasing our new cars with Sal. I will add that Cindy, one of the service representatives has always taken care of our preventative and repair issues. I would never think of going anywhere but Lexus of Naperville. Joe G.

Lackluster Experience

I can only describe my experience as lackluster and extremely disappointing. After my new transaction on November 16th, I received an email from my salesman, Robin Zachary on the following Tuesday. In his email, he requested (as he did in person) that I rate the service I received a 5. Although, Robin was friendly and knowledgeable during the entire transaction, he was not as thorough as he should have been and once the paperwork was finalized, I was handed the keys and shuffled out of the door. I detailed in my response to his email my dissatisfaction. My hope was that they were sincere and honest about their email which indicated that my "total satisfaction" was important to them. At the very least, I expected a follow-up email from the manager, Gary Joras, who I included in my response. I expected an attempt to earn a 5-star-review. However, as of this post, neither Robin nor Gary have contacted me. I would not describe this as the "new car experience" that Lexus touts.

My first Lexus came from this dealership back in 2008. I was so happy with my purchase that the time to look for a new car came I went back. Nick Gerlak found a perfect car for me and went above and beyond to make sure I was a one VERY satisfied customer.

Excellent Experience

Had an excellent experience at this dealer. Dealt with Michael Comer who was very professional and knowledgeable. Drove from central Illinois and was able to accomplish everything in less than 3 hours with a trade in. No gimmicks and no BS.

Wonderful Experience

This is my second time buying from Lexus of Naperville and will return whenever I am in need of another vehicle. I worked with Dan Foster and was pleased with every aspect of the buying experience, Dan knew what I wanted in a pre- owned vehicle and found one for me with everything I wanted and more. The whole process from working with Dan to the actual purchase was an stress free experience. I thank all the people I worked with.

Great experience - Nick is a man of Integrity

I liked Nick from my first dealings with him. He's professional, yet personable. We had just buried my grandmother and while I was still out of town taking care of her estate, my husband texted me to say a deer had totaled his car. Needless to say, we were in no mood for the old-style salesmanship, Nick was not pushy, fast-talking, double-talking. nor did he try and up-sell us on things we did not want. We appreciate his character and integrity and would absolutely recommend him to anyone. Cindy

Great service and great staff!

I was looking to buy another Lexus and had went to the dealership to see their inventory. Nick introduced himself and when I told him what I was looking for, he gave me space to shop and said if I found something I liked, to let him know. No pressure. Had to leave before I really could look around. I came back the next day with models I wanted to drive and found out someone beat me to them. Tony and Nick noticed I kept going to the RC350. I said it was more than I was looking to spend but I really loved the car. Tony found some incentives I was eligible for and now the car was in my price range. No pressure and that’s what made buying a car from them a great experience.
