Incredible sales and service!

Very Accommodating sales person

Dealing with Sal Lala was a pleasure. When we could not find exactly what we were looking for in a 2019 Lexus, Sal suggested we order a 2020 and get just what we wanted. We took his advise. We are extremely happy with the car and thank Sal for being so patient with us. We will definitely recommend him to our friends.

First class from start to finish!

Our Sales person Sal was great! He found the exact car we were looking for in a timely manner! He was completely transparent with all the cost associated with our purchase and he was extremely responsive. He kept the lines of communication open via phone calls, emails and texts from start to finish. There was never a time during the deal I couldn't get a question answered concerning our purchase (even on his days off) :) I would highly recommend purchasing from Naperville of Lexus, but if you want to have a exceptional car buying experience ask for Salvatore "Sal" Lala!

Excellent experience with Lexus of Naperville.

Excellent experience in purchasing a used 2019 Lexus ES350

I recently purchased a used 2019 Lexus ES 350 at the Lexus dealer in Naperville. When I first inquired about the vehicle over the phone, the General Manager (Gary Jaros) was open and honest about the history and condition of vehicle. Upon arrival the following day, the salesman (Nick Gerlak) was very educated about the vehicle. Nick was very respectful and helpful which led to an excellent purchasing experience.
