Painless Car Purchase

I moved back to the area and noticed the vehicle on multiple websites. I called the dealership ahead of time and they were both friendly and courteous. Dan quickly greeted me and allowed me to view and test the car on the test course (which stands out to me, as I have never experienced one). Dan was both polite, friendly, and conversational. In comparison to many dealerships I have been to over the years (and while I was searching for a vehicle), I have never experienced a more positive and friendly environment to buy a car. It was a substantial reason for why I made the purchase of the vehicle. Thanks again.

Just how it should be.

My wife and I were starting to look for a new car and thought, wouldn’t it be nice to drive a new Lexus? So just for fun we popped in on Rick & George and told them we were just courteous about driving a new Lexus. We were given the keys and were told they closed at 9:00pm! We all laughed. We came back and thanked them both and told them we were going to look at other cars. They were very kind and gracious. Three days later we called and told them that we were going to wait until next year to purchase. They understood and encouraged us to visit anytime. Well we kept thinking about our experience and couldn’t let our experience of driving the new and the way were treated and the knowledge they knew about their product just go by the way side. We went back five days later and bought our first new car in 15 yrs. we usually buy used by these two professionals took us in like family and handled everything like a Swiss watch. I now understand why these two were always busy with someone but made all the time in the world for our need. Thank you again, John Beery.

Buying new car

Scott sharow and Gary Jaros finance manger are amazing and very kind human being. They both were amazing. They helped me find a best vehicle that fits to my need and worked out very well what i was expecting for my new vehicle. Got the best Deal and price.I highly recommend lexus of Naperville. Nick Gerlak = Go with, and don't look back

Adding to Nick's already impressive portfolio, here is mine.. I've been in the Lexus family for a number of years and after a short stint of shopping around online, I actually on a whim decided to purchase my first ever 'new car'. Lexus of Naperville was one out of two in my area that had the exact color option and packages/trim that I was interested in. Anyone that knows anyone that knows me, can understand I am quite OCD to the details and it's always the little things that matter. My inquiry was responded to by Nick by the very next business day (I inquired online via Saturday or Sunday after hours). I went in on a Monday morning and within 2 hours, I was outside with a new car. The sales experience couldn't have been anything "less" than that - it wasn't sales, it was the build of a new relationship. Never once did Nick or the finance team try to pressure or annoy me into purchasing anything I did not need nor want. Sure, they did bring up a few items that may pique my interest but that was it. Shortly after my purchase I did notice a very light scuff in the interior, this was remedied immediately and I also have to give my hats off to the service department for their quick and accurate turnaround. This may be the start of a new relationship and I'm proud to say it started and was first earned by Nick. Lexus of Naperville has a top notch relationship manager in their ranks, I hope he is going to stay with continued success.

Lexus of Naperville will change your mind about car salesmen

Just bought my 3rd Lexus from George DeVries and couldn't be happier. The thing I like most about George is that he listens to what you want and does not try to over sell you. He made my sale so easy and I really got just what I wanted. I love my car but mostly I the fact that not only do I have a great car I have and the Naperville of Lexus team to help me. Very Professional

The car buying process was simple, quick and fair. I was in and out in 2.5 hours and the staff was very friendly. My Sales Consultant Rob was great. I highly recommend Lexus of Naperville!

Truly a great experience!!!

I would like to say that the team at Lexus of Naperville gave me an amazing experience with the purchase of my car! From the time I walked in until the time I left I felt like a pop star! There was no hassling and the experience was simple and easy! My salesman, Sal got me taken care of very easily! He even came out with me after the purchase and gave me a one on one tour of my vehicle! Not only did he give me a tour he also programmed my phone and put in my home and work address into the gps! A Pleasant Change

In addition to Robin sharing the same name as our Grandson and growing up near my hometown we really enjoyed working with him. Throughout the purchase process and thereafter Robin had great follow up and listened to our needs and wants. We also really appreciated the absence if good cop/bad cop with the sale. No pressure was excerpted on us and the entire sales process was a pleasant experience. Picking up our car with a giant red bow on it was an added surprise.

Great experience working with Rick to obtain my new Lexus ES

I have been a loyal Lexus customer for 10 years. My wife and I purchased two vehicles from Rick, 2010 Lexus RX 350 and ES 350 both vehicles within the same year! I just recently traded my 2010 ES for a new 2019 Lexus ES and couldn’t be more happier with this vehicle.
