Horrible
First time we came here we asked specifically about extended warranty. We had to come in because they refused to give it over the phone. They came back with the normal price. We said again we just want the warranty price. Two more trips and a sweaty manager and they gave us the quote. The lady who we dealt with just kept saying what will make you buy this car today ... how about the total price WHICH is all we ever asked for.. Complete waste of time. 3.5 hours of our life wasted. ............. So I messed up, We came back totally setup a time and had everything set, had the prices pre-set, got the warranty price on the phone told them we would buy it. Great we showed up. Who do we get .. a sales guy. Why no flipping clue. Instead of going right to finance or the sales manager .. the sales manager said hi and disappeared. Now we’re stuck with a sales guy, why probably because they knew we were sold and the other three random walkins weren’t so they of course gave them priority... why would we matter. We got shoved in a awkward cube for the next two hours. Each hour I asked if we should push it back to the next day the sales guy said no were “next”. ....... My wife is pregnant and we had a babysitter watching the kid. .......... The Sales consultant who we should have never dealt with kept saying no your next, we were in fact not “next” ... guess he really wanted a commission? Over the next 2 hours of our life I stared at a wall with horrible music. I finally said I was hungry and wanted to get out of there and he made a remark about getting me food. No I don’t want food from some creepy non wanted sales guy. ....... When we were “selected” paperwork was done in 15 minutes. You do the math and tell me if we were “next”. ..... Note to owner if you have car online ... and won’t haggle, let us buy it online ... let us do financing online ... and just give us a code to a box with the keys. Cut out these people. Stop wasting money on fancy signing stations and invest in something automated. You save money when you cut out terrible people.

Just wanted commission

Exceeded Our Expectations!!!
We are new members of TEAM LEXUS! We definitely made the right choice of purchasing a certified pre owned Lexus NX. Dan Foster was very knowledgeable, NOT PUSHY (at all), patient and accommodating. He even took time to teach me the basics. I highly recommend Dan. And special mention to Sean of Finance Department who went extra mile to provide us with the best option. In totality; WE HAD THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!

I have been a loyal customer for 16 years and continue to be so. I just traded in my ES 300 for the 2019 ES 350 and everything when smoothly as expected. I cannot say enough about my Sal Lala and the team. Top notch all the way!

Do you have the car on the lot?
We found the car we wanted on line and called ahead to see if it was in stock. They said it was and we went to the dealer. We met with Scott Sharrow and took the car for a test drive. No BS no up-sell. Went back to the dealer after test drive and completed the deal. Scott was able to provide me with just what I needed. I would recommend them without any reservation.

Best buying experience in years! Ask for Sal!
I usually don't write reviews but given my positive experience with Lexus of Naperville, I felt it may be helpful to other folks. This especially after my negative experiences with a Tesla store and an area Range Rover dealer. What made my Lexus of Naperville experience very positive and different was my salesperson Salvatore Lala (Sal for short). Sal is a very down to earth, well mannered and a positive individual. I experienced zero sales pressure tactics. He has very deep knowledge of his product. I've been buying cards for 35 years and I think I know cars. He was able to point out differences in models and features in a very clear manner helping my decision making tremendously. A friend of mine who had purchased a Lexus RX450H recommended Sal and I can see why. After my experience, I recommend Sal and Lexus of Naperville whole-heartedly. I wound up leasing a 2019 RX450H. The lease factor (APR) was half that of the Tesla or the Range Rover and the residual was 60%. I also negotiated a good selling price off the MSRP. Throughout these negotiations Sal maintained a positive demeanor even though he was dealing with another client at the same time. I took the opportunity to sample their coffee which was just ok (I'm a coffee snob). I met the sales manager and the finance manager both of whom were very professional. No pressure to buy warranties or paint film etc.. Overall a very positive and relaxed buying experience. Thank you Sal. PS: I'm going to post this review on yelp as well.

Wonderful Experience
Sal Lala was a wonderful salesman. Six months ago my daughter purchased her first Lexus from him and it was fast and painless. Here I am purchasing my 5th Lexus and it was awesome. He is nice, informative and NOT pushy. I highly recommend Lexus of Naperville and Sal!
