If I could give 10 stars I would. I can not say enough about the service that I received from Lexus of Naperville. I found a car online and Hani was my salesman. He went above and beyond to make this experience easy. I drove 9 hours from West Virginia to pick up our Mercedes. Hani and the finance manager Joe treated us with such kindness and made this one of the easiest car transactions I’ve ever done. It was definitely worth the drive and I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Thanks again Hani Dolat and Joe Castillo you guys are awesome!

Great service!
I strongly recommend this dealership. Everyone was welcoming. I never felt pressured throughout the interactions with any of the team, particularly with Nestor, who certainly stands out among the best of the best. He was particularly patient despite several questions and other hurdles. He was also clearly enthusiastic to speak about the vehicles, which is not something that I saw at other dealerships.

New car purchase
Salavtore lala was the wonderful salesman wo helped me through the purchase of my 2019 Lexus ES 350.. Sal's expert and through knowledge about the different features was very valuable to me and my wife. He also made time 2 days later to go over the features of the car which I am now thoroughly enjoying and trilled to drive. This was my second Lexus ES 350 the last one was acquired in 2008 and Sal happened to be the one to helped me 11 years ago.

Really great dealership

Very good experience
Nestor was very patient, helpful and certainly made this the least stressful experience we have ever had buying a car! We would definately ask for him again if (when) we are in the market for another car.
