Great experience buying another Lexus
My wife drove a new loaner RX350 when her GX was in for the airbag recall fix. She’s always liked the ride and comfort of the seating setup,but had thought it was too egg shaped In previous model years. When she learned Lexus offered zero percent on a few models, we went to see our favorite sales guy, Rick Van Pelt, who’s helped us purchase 3 previous vehicles. This time was no different as Rick worked a great deal for us and threw in some Lexus swag even after the deal was closed. Even the finance guy was fast and friendly this time too. The customer service area is great and the free car washes are a plus. Looking forward to an IS-350f sport in the near future.

A Satisfactory Buying Experience
Nestor met us when we entered the dealership. He was very patient in explaining to us the main features and differences between the model of cars we were interested. He also accompanied us in test driving the car to further illustrate its useful features. All this was very helpful in our decision making for the purchase. Time well spent being introduced to the user interfaces.
I found the user-interfaces for the technology on my new red Lexus ES300h to be intuitive. But I still needed a tour around this digital/graphical landscape. Michael Comer was recommended to me by Scott Sharrow, Sales Consultant. Michael gave me this tour, which was hands-on, practical, and comprehensive. Michael was knowledgeable, engaging, and willing to answer all my questions. This was time very well spent for me.

Great experience with Lexus of Naperville!
My experience with Lexus of Naperville (LON) was fantastic. I began my search online at various sites after finding the exact vehicle I wanted I e-mailed LON. I received a call from JD and from the very first conversation the experience was good. I related to JD I knew what vehicle I wanted. I also related I was at the mercy of family and friends, in that I was coming from a long way. JD was kind enough to suggest assistance in my getting to LON. Fortunately my transportation came through. When I arrived JD was unavailable but did leave me in the very professional, capable and pleasant hands of Nestor Urrutia. I had the best car buying experience I have ever had with LON and Nestor, he was very knowledgable about the vehicle and the process. I love going to the LON test drive track, it gave me the oppurtunity to experience the car in a way a general test drive would not. Nestor was excellent. I even found the financing experience smooth and enjoyable. Joe Castillo provide a great and pleasant service. The experience has been great from the beginning til now, because this is not the end of my relationship with LON.
