Great Service, low key sales style, not pushy which I prefer

I went to this dealership to investigate trading in my current 2010 Lexus RX 350 for a Pre-owned newer version of the same model. I was very pleased to find 2 possible choices to accommodate my anticipated price range and needs/wish list. I am very excited that I was able to accomplish exactly what I set out to get, a wonderful Lexus with Low Miles (my 3rd now) with the exact features that meet and now far exceed my expectations. My main goal was to get AWD verses my old 2 wheel drive. I ended up getting far more for my money than I bargained for. I now have park assist and blind spot alerts and an awesome navigation system which I am enjoying far more than I anticipated, I really thought that I would never want a navigation system since my iPhone can handle most navigation needs, but this is SOO much BETTER, by far and I feel even safer now with all the added features in this newer version, which was the initial reason for wanting AWD. The Sales Staff, Manager and Service Department have been very friendly and accommodating and I highly recommend going to this dealer to do business!! Love my new 2015 RX350!!

Dan Foster provides Excellent Car Buying experience

We’ve successfully bought 2 used cars from Dan Foster and Lexus of Naperville. Dan knows the dealership’s inventory and offered useful product information that helped us make this important buying decision. He gave us space and let us choose without being overbearing. When we had questions he was accessible with good answers. The dealership was busy, Dan had other customers, and we did have to wait over 2 hours to close but we understood and remained patient. I’d recommend someone in the Dealership’s service department or management to come by and try to make us more comfortable (direct us on the dealership’s amenities), give timetables and/or updates while we waited to close with Dan. However, when we wondered a bit, we found the dealership to be clean and comfortable with a good library of magazines plus drinks and snacks. Once we finalized the details of the car to purchase, Dan made a fair deal. When you’re looking to buy a car, we’d highly recommend Dan Foster and Lexus of Naperville for an overall great car buying experience.

Helpful and honest assistance

Finally found RX 350 we wanted at Naperville Lexus. Nick Gerlak was absolutely great to work with. Did whole deal online and phone. Nick even took video of exterior and interior and sent to us. Not one surprise when we flew in to pick up car, it was just as promised.

Completely changed my mind about car buying experience!

The entire team at Lexus of Naperville are very professional, personally friendly, and trustworthy. Special credit to Nestor Urrutia who helped us with our purchase. He is an excellent sales consultant for being very polite, patience, and professional throughout the process. Never had we felt the pressure to buy at any time. We visited other dealers around the area as well, but the experience we got was not even close to what we got from Nestor. We could have bought the car from other dealer, but decided that we deserved better service, and we finally bought our RX from Lexus of Naperville. Also, thanks to Derek, financing was done very quickly and professionally and I truly appreciate the fact that he processed my paperwork even though there were some problems pulling my credit because of credit lock issues. If you are looking to buy a Lexus, I highly recommend Nestor and Lexus of Naperville.

Attentive and Professional

Everyone I have dealt with as the dealership has been extremely helpful. The people are genuinely interested in making every visit an excellent experience. They even have an individual, Michael Comer, whose job is to help customers learn to use the many hi-tech features of the cars. That's his job! He will spend as much time as you need with you, so that you understand how to use all of the great features you paid for.

Highly Recommended. Pleasant Experience.

It was a very good experience. This is my very first car. It’s also my first time buying one. I’ve always wanted a Lexus NX. We were immediately approached by Nestor. He was very nice, approachable and friendly. He helped me all the way and gave some good advice. I was able to come home with the car I’ve alaays wanted thanks to him. Joe, who was the F&I manager was also very friendly and nice. They were all very honest. Superb and five star service. If you’re looking to buy a Lexus, look for Nestor, he is a very kind and nice young gentleman.
