Amazing sales person

Great expereince with this dealership and especially with the sales person Nestor Urrutia. This guy made my day with his professionalism, being super patient, open minded and he never made me feel like I am being pressured into buying the car. Nestor is the guy to go to! I visited other dealership and the reason I was out of there was because the sales person was lying to me about the ‘deal’ and I knew I will never come back there. That’s why I tried Naperville dealership and Nestor got my attention in few min. I ended up buying Lexus IS 300 the same day and honestly thank you to him! He took his time and was amazing to deal with! Thank you, Nestor, and good luck in the future! You are awesome!

Fantastic Sales experience

I have leased vehicles for years and my sales person, Mohammed Naim, contacted me to see if I was interested in upgrading. He met my tight schedule and we completed the transaction over two meetings. He kept his promise to get me in and out. Mo is always fair, a genuinely good guy and treats me well. He puts a personal touch to the transaction. I have worked with Mo for years and highly recommend him. He is not pushy and honors the customers requests and respects my time. Secondly I am in love with my new NX 300. The additional safety features, kick open hatch, dynamic cruise, auto high beams made the upgrade with no increase in monthly payment a win-win. Reach out to Mo he will provide an exceptional experience. My technical training session with Michael Comer was also top notch.

Used Honda

I told Gary Jaros my budget and he responded with a price. No games that was awesome. Other dealerships wouldn't give me a price and then added fees to the price. Dan Foster completed the sale for me and answered every question in a timely matter. A pleasure to work with.

Great purchase experience

Nestor was awesome. Beautiful dealership and nice purchase experience.. The car is very reliable. Whereas the Audi A6 I also looked at is in a recall and can’t be sold.

Sales was great; Finance needs work

The dealership is very impressive - clean, well-lit and modern, with a fantastic refreshment area. Mark Malak was our sales rep and he was fantastic. Honest, fair and a genuine pleasure with whom to work - I will be recommending him to anybody who needs a Lexus in the Western suburbs. We closed our deal in less than an hour. Unfortunately, we must have arrived at the busiest time of the day because we had to wait over two hours to meet with the finance person. Joe Castillo was pleasant, but I was more than a little disappointed that he tried to tag me with an interest rate that was more than 1.5% over market - and was not even going to point it out before having me sign the final contract. When I threatened to walk out and obtain my own private financing, the rate magically dropped 1.4%. Joe did do a good job of explaining the other "finance" options - e.g., extended warranty, prepaid maintenance, gap insurance, etc. and was not overly pushy.

Fantastic Experience!!!

We bought our first Lexus from Lexus of Naperville 8 years ago. Our vehicle has only been serviced at this dealership and it still runs exactly the same way it did from day 1. Our sales process and all service appointments were easy and professional. Because of that experience, we purchased our second Lexus this past Saturday. Saturday's experience went way beyond our first one. Our salesman, George DeVries, was the reason. George was friendly, professional, and was a wealth of knowledge about the vehicle we purchased. The customer service he provided was outstanding! Our technical advisor, Mike, was terrific! Mike knows the technology on Lexus automobiles like the back of his hand. From stepping into the showroom to driving out in my new car, every step of the process was easy, efficient, friendly, and very professional.

Easy to work with

Kim Cotter our sales representative was very helpful, friendly and patient with us. She gave us 3 different test drives in a span of 3 months without any pressure to buy. I thank her in closing the deal.

Just bought 4th car the. Great dealership.

Top notch dealership. Sales, service, finance. George DeVries is a straight, friendly sales person you can trust. Tagged in my old Lexus, picked me one, financed, and drove car away in 2 hours.
