Pre owned RX350

Had set up an appointment on line . Very nice RX350 except there was a 0 day warrenty. once off the lot it was yours. The RX had good maintenance records but I thought it odd. Ended up at Mercedes dealer and purchased there

Excellent customer service!

Very personable and professional associates guide you through the process of the vehicle purchase. Free car washes for the life of the ownership of your vehicle is included in the process. You are treated with respect and the staff is very friendly. Since my purchase in June of 2015, I have taken the vehicle for car washes , a break repair and oil changes and I have not been disappointed with their service. The only thing I wish the car wash had was an undercarriage wash, which is not available. I have to go in the winter to other car washes to have the undercarriage washed.

Great Experience

Lexus of Naperville has the best team of friendly and accommodating staff. Thanks to Sal Lala, sales consultant, Tony Stewart, sales manager, Michael Comer and Mark, technology specialists. They all made the buying process possible with excellent satisfaction.

Perfect Experience

We have bought four cars in the last 3 years...the process has always been smooth and honest. Sales is great, Service is great, parts great. I would recommend this dealer to anyone...they have gotten deals done when others said it could not be done. Fair trade-in values.

Excellent car buying experience

We purchased a pre-owned L/Certified Lexus ES 350 sedan. Our sales consultant, Nick Gerlak, was excellent. He was very patient with us as we test drove a number of cars. He understood our car buying needs and worked with us to find the right car (features; mileage; price) for us. After we purchased the vehicle and before we left the dealership, Nick took the time to sit with us in the car to explain all of the various features of the car. He stayed over an hour past closing time to complete the sale and to make sure that we were comfortable in the car. It was really a hassle-free car buying experience. Excellent / Fabulous Experience

This dealership should be re-named to "Premier" Lexus of Naperville. The entire buying experience was excellent. The individuals I worked with--Jon Krier, Tony Stewart--were absolutely excellent. I purchased a 2016 Lexus GS350 demonstrator that required a few minor fixes and there was no hesitation to accommodate my request. The work performed exceeded my expectations. I have been going to this dealership since 2006 and everyone is friendly and accommodating. The Lexus experience is like no other. The cars are extremely reliable and require little to no maintenance. This was a fabulous experience.

Excellent from 1st phone contact to getting features demoed

Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful from Mark, our first contact, to Paul, our sales rep., office help at payments, to Violet, who Paul asked to demo and explain how some features work. They went out of their way to make this a very painless (and fun actually) experience! My grandson was kept entertained with educational apps on their iPads... which he loved! I truly believe we got the best deal out there. None of our issues were unimportant to them. We were very comfortable working with them. Go there!!!! Class acts all of them!
