Great Experience

Buying a used car from the Lexus of Naperville as a great experience! Each employee I came in to contact with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Also, the process of purchasing the car was simple and I was offered reasonable extended warranties and financing options.

Easy to Make the Deal work and Fast!

Have been here in Naperville for last 18 years or more and finally have found a local LEXUS dealer that will work with us. Everything in the experience from first visit to the delivery was fantastic. Yes all was easy thanks to Sal Lala, a sales consultant that treated us exactly like it should be, no pressure plus extremely helpful during the entire process. So of course I highly recommend that you give Lexus of Naperville a chance and that you ask for Sal Lala when visiting the store.

Excellent Dealership, Staff, Service

My wife and I recently bought a new 2016 RX350. Worked with Sal Lala, Tony Stewart....Outstanding sales experience. Also traded in a 2003 Honda Odyssey-and received a good price. Then worked with Michael Comer Delivery Specialist, again great experience....

preowned car purchase

I recently purchased a preowned Lexus. I previously owned a Lexus RX 330 & wanted the same thing because I was so happy with it. The salesman, Nick Gerlack was excellent & very helpful. He went out of his way to make me as satisfied as possible.

Found the perfect car for us.

Friendly, knowledgeable, no high pressure sales. Our salesman Nick Gerlak was great. Highly recommend him. Love my new car, Acura RDX. It is the perfect car for me.

Great experience

Went shopping for my 3rd Lexus in 18 years. Found the salesperson easy going with no pressure as we discussed what I was after and what he had. Got a good deal on my 2008 trade in and good rebate for a 2016 model. The technical tutorial to train me on the new beast was phenomenal, far better than my spouse and I have had in the past ... a little humor, some specific examples, and chance for hands on.

Best experience ever purchasing a car!

From the first phone call to actually driving away with our car, this was a wonderful experience. Our initial contact was with Chris Colsant via the phone inquiring about a particular RX350 that we had seen on line. He checked to make sure that the car was still available, set the keys aside for us, and met us at the door when we arrived. He then introduced us to Jon who served as our sales consultant. Jon Krier is an excellent sales consultant. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and PATIENT!! There was no pressure to buy, and we felt that his first concern was our satisfaction. He was very well-versed and answered all our questions. There is no doubt that we would recommend him to family and friends, and that we will be return customers. This is the perfect match--great product, great dealership, and excellent sales consultant. It was worth the trip from northwest Indiana to find our vehicle. We are delighted with our RX350! Thanks, Jon! With the purchase completed, the next mountain to climb was trying to learn and be able to use all of the electronics associated with this vehicle. Violet Vrsek is amazing! She is knowledgeable about all of the "bells and whistles" and electronic gadgetry of our car and was able to explain, demonstrate, and teach me how to use the important features that are available.
