My husband and I were very impressed with the knowledge of the sales staff and the level of service. We can be very 'tough' customers, but the sales person and finance individual were very professional and thorough. We recommend this dealership wholeheartedly!

An experience worth repeating.
I can't say enough about the helpful, knowledgeable people that I worked with at Lexus of Naperville, from my initial discussions and appointment via e-mail through Andrew Farraher through Sales Consultant Hani Dolat to the finance office (I am sorry but I have forgotten his name) and finally with Violet Vrsek. I was very impressed with Hani's knowledge of the mechanical aspects of his product, his courtesy and even with his negotiating prowess. The gentleman in the business/finance office was very good at explaining financing terms and how I could save money. Then Violet took over a very extensive review of the car's features. After learning that we were trading in a 2010 Lexus, she went point-by-point through the changes in selection buttons and the navigation system -- at least an hour's worth. Violet also helped with a question I had a few days later. I would return to this dealership for service, if not for the 120-mile difference.

WOW!!!!
We just bought a used Lexus GX460. After looking closely at the outside, there were many scratches along the car. Understanding that a used car is just that....used, I told the dealership that I didn't want to spend good money and get something like that. I didn't fault the dealership, it's a used car. Well that wasn't good enough for them, they wanted my business. Bill asked me to give him 24 hours and let his team do some work on it. I said okay, but I wasn't hopeful that it was going to turn out good because many of the scratches were deep. Well, to my surprise when I came back to look at it, it looked BRAND NEW! I couldn't believe it. These scratches were deep, but the team went above and beyond. This really convinced me that they did want my business. Thanks Bill!!!

Superb Customer Service
The only reason that I am now driving a Lexus, is because of our sales consultant Jon Krier. Jon went above and beyond in taking care of me throughout the entire process. Jon was very patient and was never pushy, making sure that all of my needs were being met. Jon truly knows how important the customer is and knows how to take care of them. He got me an amazing vehicle, at an amazing price, and delivered it with amazing service. Amazing customer service is rare these days, and the reason Jon does it so well, is because he does from his heart. He cares about the customer and he cares about company he works for.

Made buying a car a pleasant experience
Everyone we have dealt with at Lexus of Naperville has always been professional, courteous, friendly and just amazing. Our salesman, Nick, went out of his way to find the perfect car and to make sure we were happy. Chandra in Finance somehow made us feel relaxed while making this major purchase. And Violet, our delivery and technology expert, came across as extremely knowledgable and very approachable. All around, a great experience.

How it should be
Had a great car buying experience at Lexus of Naperville. Our salesperson, Stephen Mills, worked very hard to take care of us. He was happy to answer all of our questions, arranged test drives, and did everything he could to please us. There were no uncertainties and we felt really good about our purchase.

Amazing experience
I've always dreaded going to dealerships but surprisingly my experience at Lexus at Naperville was down right amazing. The salesman Hani was very super nice, informative and had me in and out in no time. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. He made me feel very at home and did an excellent job. When my new car arrived yesterday, I so was excited and they even had a big bow on it waiting for me! That's when I met Violet. She was sooooo informative and seriously spent over an hour and a half showing me all the in's and out's the new Lexus has to offer. She made my experience so enjoyable and was so helpful that I left with full confidence knowing that I made the right choice!!

My Big Purchase!
As a "Classic Car Buyer", Lexus of Naperville was not what I expected; surprisingly, Dan, my Salesman & Mike, Tech Specialist, won me over with their knowledge and experience. They were very understanding and patient with me especially after asking more than 101 questions.
