Rochester Volkswagen

I purchased a used vehicle in October 2025 from Rochester Volkswagen in Rochester, NH. I drove over 3 hours to purchase this vehicle. Within 48 hours of owning the vehicle, the check engine light came on. I reached out to Rochester Volkswagen. Rochester Volkswagen told me to go to my local dealership to have the vehicle checked out since I bought the extended warranty. The extended warranty did not cover the parts that need to be replaced. The vehicle came with a 3 month warranty from Rochester Volkswagen, so I asked them to repair the vehicle. At the Rochester Volkswagen request, I sent them the invoice/quote for the repairs that were required. The Rochester Volkswagen stopped responding to me once they received the invoice/quote for the repairs. By far the very best car buying experience I have ever had. Dave Poulin is absolutely fantastic and really great to work with. Buying a car is always a stressful event is what I used to say. Dave and Rochester VW have really turned that around for me. I can honestly say, I am a customer for life. Even the financing department was a "no xx" experience. We bought a new 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan and love it! We were trying to stay within a budget because we are recently retired. Ron Jeffrey was very helpful and allowed us to test drive whatever we wanted . When we made our decision, Will Stergis made the numbers work. They were very attentive, and the trade was fair and super quick. After the purchase, Ron sat in the car and explained how everything worked, his personality will take him places !
