Great Deal from Mitchell Subaru
All of the deal went great. From the initial contact to myself driving away in the exact Subaru Outback that I wanted and ordered. The best experience I ever had. Financing was very easy. The paperwork went smoothly on the table top computer screen with Spiro. And by the way, I got a great rate. My sales agent Greg Wheeler, answered my questions thoroughly. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and "not pushy".......a stand up guy! His explanation of the vehicle, its operations and options was comprehensive and I understood each of those. He made sure that I "got it" and I appreciated that. Again, the best car deal I have ever done. Looking forward to my next Mitchell Subaru.

Great buying experience
I came to Mitchell Subaru on the recommendation of a friend and boy am I glad I did. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. My salesperson, Greg Wheeler was excellent. I needed a vehicle fast, and he obtained my Subaru Outback within a few days. This vehicle is one that nobody else in the area had in stock and ordinarily I would have to wait for weeks, if not months to get it in. The dealership on top of this provided me with a car to drive, so I wouldn't incur any further costs driving a rental. Couldn't have been a better buying experience!!!

Great service at Mitchell Body Shop!
We had our 2015 Subaru Forester (purchased at Mitchell Subaru in Canton in October 2014) repaired at Mitchell Body Shop in Simsbury, CT in January-February 2015. Doug Van Wormer, Brian Keeler and the entire staff were fantastic! Everyone was very helpful, and Doug Van Wormer in particular went the extra mile for us. Our car looks and drives as if it was a brand-new car. We would highly recommend the Mitchell Body Shop in Simsbury to anyone who may need to have a vehicle repaired.

Your shop was happy to work with my need to drop off as early as possible; the loaner was ready and worked out perfectly; the shop was lacking a particular item but substituted a more expensive item in its place..., without additional charge; the overall experience was as professional and personal as one could expect.
