Terrible service department. Brought my car in for a two hour service to find out its going to take five hours. Staff seems extremely incompetent. The... sales rep who sold me my lease originally gave me incorrect information about monthly amounts, tax information, and told me I had to have all work done and oil changes through the dealership - which I found out later is not true. I’m saddened by the fact I’m in for another year with this terrible dealership.
They are not good people,,,I was their for oil change last week as I got out check engine light on went to them,,,asking big money ,not trust full people... ,,I suggested the don't go their go some where else,,,,thanks
I just purchased a Honda CR-V EX this past Friday. My salesperson Robert made this experience fast, and pain free . He was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable.... Honestly every employee I encountered that afternoon were courteous and seemed to really enjoy their job. I will definitely recommend Cardinal Honda to friends
I just bought a used CR-V here, and JD (Jeff) was knowledgeable, transparent, and so pleasant, as was everyone I dealt with. I had a problem 2 weeks... later with a tire ,and Sales Manager Tobey replaced no questions asked. I was so worried that I'd have a battle on my hands, buying and also with the tire. Surprise...they have integrity!
Such a great place to go for service! The quote was fair and the final bill was even less than they quoted me! The staff is so friendly that during my... one hour visit for different people offered to get me refreshments!
We now own two Honda CRV and from the first experience with Cardinal Honda we have been very pleased customers. Our 2006 was recalled for an Airbag matter... and when arrive the service department was very accommodating and stated would take approximately 2 hours and then offered me a car for the day which I have never had with other dealerships. Our service rep Mark was very happy to help where he could and explains all about the car before leaving the lot. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asked in future endeavors of a car dealership. VERY SATISFIED ¿
The salesperson I spoke with seemed friendly when we met in person, but he was rude to me when I told him that I couldn't part with my money for the prices... they offered. When he told me today about a new car on the lot he thought I might be interested in, I told him I wasn't interested because the mileage was too high in my opinion for the price. He told me "we're the experts". While I appreciate that they may be "experts" on their inventory I don't appreciate being belittled when I politely declined their offer. Before I came to Cardinal, I'd heard that they were rude and difficult to work with by several, unrelated parties, but I had no idea that they could be so rude and belittling to someone who's trying to spend tens of thousands of their hard earned money wisely.
If you want an easy and pleasurable car buying experience, Cardinal Honda is the place to go. Kenny, the sales associate, did a fantastic job in searching... the inventory for me and finding me a handful of cars that would fit my needs. As we test drove a few different models he helped me narrow it down to the Civic LX that I ended up buying, and did so in a non aggressive/low pressure manor. After I found the car and was certain it was the right choice, Chris the business manager, helped tailor its financing. The whole process was easy, and I felt very comfortable with everyone working on getting me into a new car at this dealership. I would highly recommend Cardinal Honda to anyone searching for a new or used car!
I would like to than the folks at Cardinal Honda for employing such a professional, friendly, family oriented staff!~ Especially to my sales representative,... Bob Guffey. From the moment I arrived at Cardinal Honda I felt like I've been there before by the way I was greeted. I'm a shopper, but after visiting Cardinal Honda I was convinced this was a one stop shop. On my second trip with my wife and two kids, it even got better. This was such an easy buying experience that it is had to capture all the bood in one written review. Bob's patience and demeanor are above merit. I feel as though he became part of our family. He even spent time with my two young children while my wife and I spoke in private about the wonderful vehicles we saw and test drove. At the end of the evening we purchased our new Honda CR-V and love it! The final experience with the Business Manager, Chris, was seamless and smooth. In no time I was on my way in my new vehicle and truly loving life. I plan on coming back for their next free luncheon to promote this superb dealership.
Today we purchased our first Honda and a family car for our growing family. Robert was our sales man and he was fantastic. Never made us feel pushed or... rushed. It was just a truly enjoyable experience and we love our new 2016 CRV EX! Thank you Robert!
