    We now own two Honda CRV and from the first experience with Cardinal Honda we have been very pleased customers. Our 2006 was recalled for an Airbag matter and when arrive the service department was very accommodating and stated would take approximately 2 hours and then offered me a car for the day which I have never had with other dealerships. Our service rep Mark was very happy to help where he could and explains all about the car before leaving the lot. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asked in future endeavors of a car dealership. VERY SATISFIED ¿

    The salesperson I spoke with seemed friendly when we met in person, but he was rude to me when I told him that I couldn't part with my money for the prices they offered. When he told me today about a new car on the lot he thought I might be interested in, I told him I wasn't interested because the mileage was too high in my opinion for the price. He told me "we're the experts". While I appreciate that they may be "experts" on their inventory I don't appreciate being belittled when I politely declined their offer. Before I came to Cardinal, I'd heard that they were rude and difficult to work with by several, unrelated parties, but I had no idea that they could be so rude and belittling to someone who's trying to spend tens of thousands of their hard earned money wisely.

Each vehicle brought into Cardinal Honda's pre-owned inventory must meet the standards of an 89 point Quality Assurance Inspection. This includes safety, mechanical, interior and a road test conducted by an authorized technician. Upon completion of the inspection all vehicles must be approved by the Used Car Manager before being available for sale.
