My experience at this dealership was wonderful and it was mostly due to Melissa Lee and David Wong. They made my family and I feel at home. Everyone there was nice but those two went above and beyond for us. We would definitely be back again. Thank you both.

Just got my car serviced and experience a problem with my muffler. Called dealership and wanted to speak with the GM but was told by Alka that he is not available. She was defending her employee instead of being empathetic. Can the GM call.me

Went to check out used car. He didn't say much about the car even when I brought up issues during test drive. These are the impression I got from him: 1) Didn't seem interested in selling OR 2) Knows about the issue but doesn't want to negotiate OR 3) Doesn't know much about the car he's selling

Good afternoon, Min. It has come to our attention that you visited us to test drive a Pre-Owned Honda CR-V after negotiating multiple times through emails and finalizing numbers. Upon your arrival on Saturday, you test drove/ examined the vehicle for more than an hour and expressed to us that something was wrong with the vehicle. You then requested to take it to your mechanic for inspection. This was discussed with members of our staff, and in order to allow the vehicle to leave our dealership, we requested a refundable deposit, a copy of your Driver's License, as well as your Insurance ID. After declining our request and leaving, we did not proceed with any negotiations for the purchase of this vehicle, while you were here nor after the fact.
