Majid was amazing throughout the entire purchasing process!! Helped me figure out the details of deal from beginning to end. Was upfront with everything and played no games. Also, touch base with me after purchase to make sure all was well. Thank you for a pleasant car buying experience. Would highly recommend. Juan in finance and John sales representative also assisted with the deal and were helpful.

The worst customer service ever !!Punch of crooks and...

The worst customer service ever !! Punch of crooks and professional GANGSTERS, they’re the greatest @ giving u the runaround.. @ the end they tried to get someone speaks my own “ language “ to avoid fixing a dent on my 80k SUV it was there when I purchase the vehicle. They don’t even deserve one star .

do not go to this dealership. The finance representatives scam people on maintenance packages and ask for first monthly payments when actually reflecting at due at lease signing. You end up paying more than you should. Stay away from these unethical individuals.

The best car shopping and service in at least 20 years

I just purchased a car at Paramus Mercedes. I have been exposed to countless car dealers and sales people over past 30 years, and I can confidently say that this was by far the best car buying experience. The staff is professional, honest, courteous, and highly efficient. All negotiations on the price etc were done over the phone within 30 min or so (and I got a very good deal), so I just drove to Paramus a couple of days later to finalize the paperwork and pick up the car. I must specifically mention the name of the sales person whom I worked with - Richard Leonardo. This gentlemen demonstrated outstanding performance, he is certainly by far the best car salesman in my experience - extremely efficient, excellent and quick responder, honest and helpful. I strongly recommend this dealership, and if you decide to go there for a car, ask for Richard Leonardo - you will not be disappointed!
