Exceptional leasing experience with Jeff Chun!

I walked in to the Prestige dealership with my daughter looking to lease a Mercedes A220 as current lease had ended and our family needed a second car. I walked in to the Prestige reception and was assigned to Jeff Chun immediately which marked the beginning of an exceptional leasing experience. Jeff was able to locate the right A220 for us as did had a color and budget preference. He gave us options to select from a narrow down search results and very clearly explain the differences of features between the short listed car. Within mintes, we had narrowed down on the precise car we need. Since I was buying this second car for my wife, I did asked for a test drive where I can bring the car home for my wife to test drive (since she was would be the main driver!) which Jeff arranged within few minutes I was home with the car for my wife to test drive. She loved the car and we agreed to discuss the numbers! On return to the dealership, we discussed the numbers with Jeff where he was helpful to give us options within our budget. He reminded us to explore pre-paying the maintenace in advance which we agreed. Once we agreed on the numbers, the process went very fast from there. Jeff asked one of his driver to get our car from NY while I took a break to complete some grocery shopping nearby. I got a call in few minutes that car has arrived at the dearlership and I came with my wife to sign the paperwork and take delivery of the vehicle. The finance manager assigned to our request was a great person as well where the complete process was completed in few minutes and we were handy the car keys with some Mercedes merchandise (Thanks to Jeff again!). We never fealt pressue at any stage during the entire process. Due to COVID-19, all precautions we are in place at the dealership which made the entire experience worry-free for us. I am sure I would referring family and friends to the Mercedes Prestige dealership and would be back again in near future. Thank you Jeff. Regards, Jaspreet

Jieun was such a delight to work with . She was knowledgeable, patient gave us several different options for our budget . We walked in late afternoon and left with our dream car the same day! I made a friend! I will continue to go to Mercedes-Benz of Paramus , the entire staff was so pleasant , they really treat you like family . Such a great experience. Highly recommend !

Great buying experience

We were looking for a specific color car with all of the options. Found the right car here and was able to make a great deal. The finance manager Juan was great and worked with us to get the payments to fit our budget. Highly recommend this dealership.

During the Covid-19 period, the insurance companies that handle our claims have been working on reduced hours and staff creating a backlog of claims. As a result, we have offered our customers the option of paying for the repair and getting reimbursed when the claim gets paid. We try and be as helpful as possible when dealing with outside insurance carriers. If you'd like to speak about this further please do not hesitate to call us.

Thank you for making my dream become a reality. My Mercedes Benz came out exactly as I wanted. Where do I begin? David Wong lease me one of my dream car one that I didn’t imagine me driving. I explained what spec/options I wanted and he delivered exactly that. Very easy to deal with and the whole experience was just amazing.He went out of his way to make sure every question was answered as well as providing top notch service! I never got the"car salesman" vibe I have been using this dealership for years and will continue to do so! Thank you David. A great team!
