I have purchased 5000 $ extended warranty unlimited mile...

I have purchased 5000 $ extended warranty unlimited mile for 2 years . I had axle and cat problem , I went there 2 times but they said after 80 thousand mile they don’t replace cat and axle was my fault . They didn’t do anything. I asked them one part they said after i pay 190 dollars they can tell me on warranty or not . They said they have to check the car first and than they can tell me on warranty or not . I wanted to talk to manager he didn’t even talk to me . After 50 thousand mile you have definitely no extended warranty . They will find an excuse for not the fix the car . Dont even think to buy about the extended warranty. You will waste your money and get stres . It is all about lie and game when they are selling car . I traded my S550 and I bought lincoln continental . And I will never ever buy benz again because of this dealership and servis .

Not a Mercedes Experience!!!!

Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer service given today . I reached to collect my car and my advisor David Rovello whom I texted that I arrived and would like to test my remote start and the entire embrace package for which I came in for service dodnt answer . I then asked the porter who never knew anything. I the approached another person and he said where is your service advisor ! I still didn't hear from David yet . I then in the heat outside started to test it myself and it wasn't working . With still not heard from David I approached a lady advisor who started to look at my paperwork and again asked me about david and again they tried to look for him . In the meanwhile Onix the technician who I give kudos to took it upon himself and walked with me to my car and called the brace customer service from the I button from my car and got it fixed . David must learn customer service from this technician Onix whom I thanked . David did not show any help whatsoever! I wanted to buy the prepaid maintenance package too after checking the work performed was tested, I didn't as a result of the bad experience especially from a Mercedes benz whose service levels are as I had thought of up until today incomparable to any other brands in the market ! Definitely not a Mercedes experience !!!!

From the time I spotted the car online until the time I picked it up, (it was a 2-hour drive from my house to the dealership) Jieun was very helpful and accommodating. She answered all my questions and made sure that the car was ready for me to check it out knowing I could always change my mind. As soon as I got there, the car was ready and looks immaculate. She had all the paperwork ready. It was only a little wait with the closing as there were other people closing on their cars before me, but all in all, the experience was top notch and I won’t hesitate to buy another car from them again, even if it meant driving that long distance.

We have been dealing with Andrew for many years and have always received professional, prompt and courteous service. Robbers !

These guys are literally robbers! They try to give you all recommendations to rip off the money but won't get the fix done. Every time i do an annual service, i end up in going in again in next two months for some or the other problem. This week, i had a break fluid warning in my ML 350. They say they have to replace the two rear break lines and sent me an estimation for more than 5000/-. Seriously, i did my 80K maintenance when the mileage was hardly 58K last August. Right after that i had to replace all the breaks and pads in september. I work from home and hardly use this vehicle. Now these guys saying, they didnt find anything during the maintenace, there was no need to replace the break fluid after the breaks change. It's my responsibility that break fluid is leaking. I'm fed up. Many time they create new problems on your vehicle every time you visit them. I just hate this. I'm sorry. I'm frustrated.
