A superlative buying experience!

Ms. Chun was instrumental in finding the perfect G63 to meet my needs. She is a consummate professional who is keen on delivering exceptional service. Thanks to Jieun my next vehicle purchase will definitely come from Paramus Mercedes Benz.

O stars. My sister bought a car here in 2008. Shge has all her service done here - even after the warranty - and extended warranty ran out. Over the past 2.5 years, they told her she needed over $7500.00 worth of upkeep/ work. She gave them the green light as she always has - trusting their name and reputation. Her car is garage kept and showroom clean. She was driving it recently and it FELL APART. It rusted out and is not driveable. She contacted Mercedes and they said (basically) too bad, so sad - but you did get 12 years out of it! WHAT ABOUT THE $7500.00 they just ook from her over the past 2.5 years? If they knew the car wasn't going to last, why didn't they tell her to use that money towards a new car. To date, they have no response - and are not willing to give her the $7500.00 they took (a loyal customer). NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY! NO HONESTY! NO INTEGRITY. Now, my sister is out of work and does not have a car - $7500.00 would have gone a long way in getting a new car. THANKS FOR NOTHING MERCEDES!

We purchased our 2020 GLC300 with David Wong.

My husband and I entered the showroom unsure of what to expect. We were unfamiliar with the dealership and the newer Mercedes models. We had been planning to buy a different make and literally stopped in MB just to take a look/see. First - David approached us immediately with a smile, and he made us comfortable even though we did not have an appointment. Next- he patiently guided us through the process of finding a model we might like and then narrowed it down to the GLC300 - a perfect fit. David is knowledgeable, helpful, full of energy, he made us laugh, and made it a great experience all around. We highly recommend David Wong.

Jeff was excellent! I was able to get the SUV I wanted for a great price. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable on these cars, my husband and are still texting him asking questions about all the wonderful feature. Jeff also gave great advice on insurance options. Horrible service department. 3rd time there and once...

Horrible service department. 3rd time there and once again an issue. Scheduled an appt for tire which had a bubble but wasn’t informed that the insurance company is closed on weekends. So I get there and they wanted me to pay out of pocket and then file the claim. So why did I get the warranty through you guys? In addition, the service advisor, David Ingersoll, was not friendly and was very rude. the sales “manager” (ha!) pretty much told me to deal with the claim on my own or pay out of pocket. Refused to provide a loaner so I ended up driving home on a tire that is bubbling and can burst. Way to go Mercedes Benz of Paramus! You never let a customer down. Will be avoiding this center moving forward. Joke.

Jieun Chun definitely gave me an experience! We even had ice cream. This was my first time purchasing a car and she made everything easy and fun. I was so comfortable. She was like my bestie for the day lol. What an amazing seller. I definitely recommend her and I definitely recommend this dealership. 5 stars guys!

Best experience buying a car

Incredibly helpful

I accompanied my son to Mercedes-Benz of Paramus to help him purchase a vehicle. Jieun was so incredibly helpful in helping my son find the right vehicle for him. She wanted him to get the best experience possible and it showed. I have been a long time mercedes-benz driver. I am now driving my third MB. Even though this purchase was for my son, moving forward, I will buy from her. She has earned herself a long-term customer.
