Horrible experience!

I have never been so humilated by any car dealer in my live. On Saturday when waiting for service I asked the manager to switch TV channel to watch LIVE Presidential public announcement regarding coronavirus on Saturday March 14, 2020. After several managers couldn't make their minds as to the fact how to accommodate my wish I was finally confronted by the general store manager who treated me like I wasn't welcomed there. And the comment made by one of the employees (apparently not a Trump fan) was less than appropriate. I can understand that Lithia Motors Inc. is not a supporter of our President but we have one President at the time and we should honor this tradition. Period. God Bless America and SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on Lithia Motors Inc. and SHAME, SHAME on Mercedes of Paramus! Waiting for formal apology from the corporate...

The worst experience when it comes to servicing a high...

The worst experience when it comes to servicing a high end vehicle. Stay away will rob you blind. Tell you you need things that are not even needed. Even the service director Don is too comfy to talk to customers that spend money in his shop. Take your business to Englewood.

I took my car to this dealership because it was due for...

I took my car to this dealership because it was due for the B service. I had no other problems with my car. When I picked it up, the "Check Engine" light was on. When I left, my gears would not properly shift and the trunk of my car literally would not rise properly and slammed down on its own. I took it back and the dealership refused any responsibilities for these problems they caused. I have never felt more disappointed and disrespected as I did through my experience at this dealership. They were arrogant and showed no care or concern for the problems they caused. Shame on you Mercedes-Benz of Paramus!

I leased the C300 here and saleswoman was amazing. Saleswoman was Jieun Chun. She was very attentive. friendly and professional. Best leasing experience I got comparing other sales person in NewJersey and I'm very happy with MB C 300.

Service experience

Had gone for the first time to this dealership to get a recall fixed. The service advisor called the next day saying that i needed a tire rotation as front tires were wearing off on the edges due to turning etc. I agreed to it and gave me a price .. all hunky dory. When i pick the car .. yes tires were rotated however since the tire pressure is different in E350 on the front tires and rear.. they did not adjust that accordingly and i had warnings all over the place... my wife was driving to work and called me to tell about it. had to drive that way whole day and next day i had to take to the gas station to get the tire pressure fixed. Very careless attitude, i am sure if it had caused more damage to the car or tires they would not have taken ownership.
