Best dealer experience ever!

Jeff is super professional and really trying to help me find my ideal car, different from other dealers(who are really just want to get out the money from your pocket). This is my first Mercedes Benz, but I will definitely come back to Jeff for my next one. Again, great buying experience and thumbs up!

Joel was amazing from the moment I walked in to when i walked out with my brand new car. He educated me on the vehicle i wanted as well as others. He was honest and made me feel comfortable with my purchase.

Quick and easy customer service!

Jieun Lee was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience! At first the car that I wanted was not available in the color that I wanted. Jienu pulled strings and made me one happy customer. I will definitely recommend her. You guys are lucky to have her on your team!

I am telling you......never going to find best dealer like this. Jieun is very professional in every single details of work from beginning to end. explanation, finding a best car for your budget, making efficient handling massive amount of paper work and makes it simple to buy a car. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. I got...

This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. I got physically sick from a hybrid car that had never worked even when it was at the specialist going over the car told sales they didn’t care. Worse I went home to charge it myself and I was intoxicated with fumes and I couldn’t breathe . I ended up st the Pulmonoligist and was put on steroids and sent home with a nebulizer breathing system to do at home 6 times a day. In all my years of having asthma I never needed this machine. I left the car at the dealership after one day and had to plead to get refunded. No I get a call from Mercedes financial a month later I am in collections for a car I don’t own. Avoid this dealership completely unless you want to risk your health and credit. General Sales manager and General Managemt is aloof to customers and their needs

Avoid

**AVOID**. Dennis Adams is a joke of a "manager." Doesn't really help or understand the situation the buyer is/has gone through. Bought a "CPO" car that sat there for three weeks because it was clearly not ready to be sold. Had to chase the service center for an update and the worst part was when they had no idea where my car was during pickup. Had the audacity to tell me the loaner they put me in was newer than the car I got - was I supposed to be happy that I'm driving around a loaner and not my own car? Avoid this dealership because of Dennis Adams and the service center alone.
