Jieun is AMAZING!

My business partner recommended Jieun so highly I had to drive hour and half to see her. Everything went smooth and done in such pleasant manner that it was well worth my trip. Jieun is by far the most professional and personable sales person I’ve ever dealt with and it was actually FUN leasing a car from her. I will be sure to send her my contacts and also see her when my next lease is up.

Megan Marcotte is a Rock Star!

Megan was Fantastic! She was patient, polite, knowledgeable and eager to please and most of all professional. In full disclosure I am a pain in the neck when it comes to buying a car and Megan knew exactly how to make me happy. Thank you Megan and I will definitely refer friends and family to her as well as come back for my next Benz!

Run-flat tire puncture meets run-flat service

I wanted to share this story for those who may be in a supposedly ordinary road situations like mine, but hopefully never get the same experience at this or any other dealership. Many cars have run-flats now, since the manufacturers are trying to save on a weight to improve efficiency of their cars. However, it is not supposed to come at the expense of the owners' loss of time and growing frustration. For me, the experience was exactly opposite. Supposedly ordinary road event as tire puncture and replacement resulted in 4-5 hours of wait time and a second trip at Paramus dealership despite me asking inattentive staff on a floor about the progress. Everyone turned their eyes away or promised to find out, no one ever came back to me with information. My mistake was that I thought the Mercedes service should match its reputation and waited again and again (squeaky wheel gets the grease). By 8 pm the tire wasn't replaced, and dealership was closing - they value their time, but not ours. The manager, Jack Stewart, offered me a loaner and asked to come the next day. My "luck" again - the loaner had a non-working headlight - great to let the customer out at night on the car that has only one headlight working. Luckily noticed it right away, but all service associate left for a day. Coincidentally Jack was walking out and I was able to show him the malfunction. Got another car - it was nearly 9 pm by the time I left. The next day had to cut work day short to return back again to pick up the car before they closed. This is not what one would define as the luxury car service, or maybe for this dealership it is? At the end it took 4-5 hours at dealership, cut workday short the next day. Cost me well more in lost time and frustration! For fairness, the service manager seemed compassionate (at least the day my car was towed) and offered me a free labor for the tire change - $40 for all the lost time, frustration, lost work hours - too late, too late, too embarrassing for the Mercedes brand. I did want to reject it, but the manager never showed up anymore. For a leader who sees faults of his team training and service it is not embarrassing to express a gratitude and sentiment to a customer again. Some years ago my son asked why do I always get Mercedes cars - my response at that time was - it was expedited service, always trouble free, and efficient - no time wasted, in contrary to my Wrangler (but there are cars we need and we want). Come, get a loaner, leave in 15 min, pickup the same or next day. This for me is worth extra money to spend on the car brand, as I assume for many other people; however, it is quite different from my Wrangler service. But it was a different dealership! Not sure I can make this statement anymore - at least for the Mercedes of Paramus. No respect to the owners, their time, and expectations. Never back to this dealership, even for the flat tire – it would be faster at any tire shop!

Wonderful Salesman

Today my parents purchased a brand new 2019 GLC from Andrew Franco. I visited with him about 2-3 weeks before the purchase and he was super pleasant and very helpful. When I arrived with my parents, he was so wonderful to work with. He was super patient and was so easy to work with. It made the car buying experience great. I would highly recommend him. Jeff Chun is the best!

Jeff Chun catches exactly what I wanted. He’s doing his best he can do for finding the right vehicle for me. I’m so lucky that I met him at Paramus. He’s very helpful and careful guy. I would definitely find him next vehicle too.

Very Rude

Long time customer brought many cars here just brought one in may called about online inventory because I'm purchasing another car he was very rude not helpful and just keep saying " what car you want" unbelievable customer service I asked to speak to manger waiting on call back now or will go back to Nanuet Mercedes or Benzel-Busch

Best car shopping EXPERIENCE ever!!!

My car shopping experience was very delightful, stress free and to the point with Jieun. My husband and I picked out our car, Jieun worked on our numbers ( which was reasonable and very practical) we test drove the car, had our credit checked, payed our deposit and picked up our car the very next day. Jieun gave us her “word” that she would get us in our car, and she ensured that. Thank you Jieun for the wonderful experience!!

Jin Chun is amazing

Jin was wonderful to work with , very informative and extremely helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped guide me to pick the vehicle that suited me best. He was also very helpful in negotiations alongside Derek , who was also very pleasant to work with . This is the second vehicle my family has purchased with Jin, we would recommend this dealership alongside Jin as the salesperson to others for sure ! It was so quick and a great choice ! I am extremely happy with Jin’s help as well as the Paramus location .

Our salesman made our experience outstanding

Everyone dreads the day you have to look for a new car. Today I can day it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had. Joel Castaneda was our salesman I credit him with this outstanding experience. We had zero intention of coming home with a car today. However surprisingly Joel didn't want to waste our time or his. We told him what we wanted and he said he would try his best to make it work. He did exactly that! Something actually unheard of in the car sales industry. Joel has a hustle that wastes not a second of time but is intensely thorough. A true pleasure. If you hate car shopping he will make you love it.
