I worked with Omar. He was very straightforward and it was a pleasure to work with him. He was very diligent in responding to all my million questions and concerns even after business hours. He was very dedicated in ensuring I got the car in a timely fashion. He had to jump through several hoops to make this happen given my time restrictions. Throughout the entire process I never felt like I was dealing with a car sales person, he made it seem like I was communicating to a friend. This dealership was far from my home but Omar and the team made it totally worth it.

I have owned or leased Mercedes my entire driving life. This dealership is doing renovations so it's a mess. My salesperson talked me into more expensive rims and failed to mention the downside. In the last 4 months, I have spent well over 3 k replacing tires. The lack of empathy and service by leadership team has been so disrespectful. I proposed reaching a settlement and getting new rims even if some or most was my cost. Best way to describe the people that work there, no service, caring or satisfaction. After 14 tires, I asked for a complimentary wax. It was denied. The car is leased so they actually benefit. BUYER BEWARE stay away or suffer. That dealer is the worst. NO SERVICE. I manage 500 sales people and will share my experience.

The whole buying process was perfect and I was helped by Joel who treated me with great respect and truly helped me find my dream car. He was very courteous and helpful throughout the whole process and still checks up to see how me as well as the car are. Overall amazing individual and provided me with a great car buying experience.

I was dreading car shopping, but I am beyond impressed how quickly Jeff Chun was able to get me into a brand new Mercedes. He made it such a quick and painless process! My boyfriend actually leased a car with Jeff's help 2 weeks ago and had nothing but good things to say. He had emailed Jeff about a car I was interested in and forwarded me his contact information. I gave Jeff a call while I was getting my morning coffee and my new car was ready for pick up before the end of the work day! I was in and out of the dealership within and hour - which is priceless! We had the great pleasure of working with Debbie Chorny and Dennis Adams... This will be our 5th Lease from the Dealership and here’s why we will not leave!!! The deal that we negotiated is absolutely “fair” to both us as the customer and to the Dealership as a business. Dennis and Debbie were patient, listened well to our concerns, countered offered when appropriate and ultimately gave us a program we are comfortable with, thus allowing us to easily make the decision to move forward. Fortunately for MB of Paramus they stand heads and shoulders above the competition, so bottomline , do not bother going anywhere else, because this dealership will treat you with respect, dignity and integrity, while others ...may try to take advantage etc etc etc....This team made up of many wonderful folks and in particular Debbie Chorny, Dennis Adams, OC Mancha are three of the most sincere, fair minded , kind individuals who always go above and beyond and therefore you as the customer are left feeling appreciated!!!

I really enjoyed working with Jeff. He was very helpful in showing various leasing options and was available on his cell phone even during his day off. The process was fast and quite painless. Most importantly, no surprises. We really like our new car. Billy in finances was very professional and kind as well, provided additional explanations.

Returning and leasing a new Merceds-Benz is always easy and hassle free process with Jeff and that’s why I’ve leased 4 cars with Jeff. All it takes is few text and email before car and paperwork all ready for me to go sign and drive. Jeff and his other team members June and Jesus were very friendly and professional when we were there to pick up the car as well! I highly recommend Jeff at MB of Paramus.

I got my first ever car from this Mercedes dealership back in 2016 and when I came back this year (2019) to renew my lease, Jeff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the vehicles and helped us negotiate the best deal. My parents and I showed up with the expectation of only purchasing 1 car and we came home with 2! Jeff and his team that helped us couldn’t be any more greater. Their patience and kindness definitely made our decision to come back in the future one of the easiest. I could not express how ecstatic my parents and I were when we left. I can’t wait to work with Jeff again once my lease is up in a couple of years. I recommend him and this dealership if you are looking to buy or lease a car!

My current lease of a 2016 MB GLE expires on 8/1/2019 so I am looking for the next car. Numerous youtube research videos were watched and another MB was not in the plan since I got Jeep Wrangler, Lexus and Tesla in my to-try list. The MB Paramus dealership stunned me in first impression. Massive and modern interior. Lucky me, Jieun was the sales expert who was able to convince me of giving up other brands and pursuing another MB on the spot, by clarifying the old GLE return process, pros and cons of all options, providing huge discounts, and showing all the available GLA, GLC and GLE vehicles. Millions of questions were answered and all corners covered. Extremely happy with the visiting process. In end of the day, took a 2018 GLE back home. Yes, same model, just 2 years newer and better, for 3 more years. Exciting!

I went in to the dealership with hopes of getting a new car and Melissa made all my dreams come true! She was so knowledgeable and supportive of my needs and all around a pleasure to work with. I left very happy with my decision to lease as well as grateful for her service. I will be returning and sending Customers her way.
