Absolutely Treated Like a King

I dealt with Gaylord Buck and Richard Leonardo on the purchase of my 2018 E300. Both of these gentleman were the best car people I've ever dealt with after buying cars for the last 40 plus years. I drove 100 miles up and a 100 miles back to buy the car as well and it was well worth the trip. I would recommend anyone and everyone from where ever you live to buy a car from this dealership.

Amazing

I was refereed by a family friend to see Omar. My mother and I had an amazing experience with him! Between Omar, and the GSM Joe, they managed to find my mother and I two beautiful cars within our budget and exceeded our expectations! It was a great buying experience, if anyone is interested in a new Benz i highly recommend Mercedes of Paramus, I work in the car industry myself, and he did a great job. Absolutely absolutely go to Mercedes of Paramus, and ask for Omar !

Wonderful experience!

From the minute we walked into the showroom, until drove away in a new S560, Jieun made leasing a new S560 an easy and pleasurable experience. Jieun and her team mate Jeff were fantastic! If you are looking for a new Mercedes, make sure you see Jieun at MB of Paramus.

Jeff Chun is Wonderful!

Jeff Chun is a very nice person to deal with. He is friendly and gets to the point all the time. He did not waste much time to provide the best price available. I highly recommend him when you visit this dealership.

Do not go here !!!!!!

I have been coming to this dealership for 10 years, buying and servicing. This stops today!! I dropped off my vehicle for service and to start no one knew where I should go it was chaos. I was told to have a seat by Axel as I waited and waited for help. I finally got up and walked over to a desk that wasn’t occupied and asked for help. This is where things went south. The person I approached was rude and clearly annoyed that I went up to him. He told me to wait right there and he would get help. I sat another 15 minutes and approached someone else and said that the man at the end said he was going to get me help to which they replied , oh that’s the manager. I said I’m sorry what ? That’s the manager? And the young man says , yes that’s David he will get you help. I was shocked that THIS is the manager here ?! I was then told to wait again!! I went up to axel who has always been helpful and told him to get my car now as it was clear your whole staff including your manager was too busy for me. It was never like this. I will never Spend a dime here again! Buyer beware!!

Dishonest Salesperson

Joe Defranceso is a very dishonest salesperson. We spend hours with him looking for a car and when it came time to speak about pricing, he was gave us false information, increased the base value of the car and used 2019 rates when the car was 2018. When confronted with the change in the numbers, he first tried to confuse us and convince us that the numbers were accurate but when we referred to the inventory sheet, he acted as if he did not know and blamed someone behind the glass partition. In the end, as the dealership was closing that day, we placed a deposit on a car to finish the deal the next business day. The next day he told us the car was sold. A very dishonest man.

Mercedes Me Connect Activation

Andrew Franco activated my Mercedes Me Connect so I will now be able to use it. He was courteous and knowledgeable and took care of the problem. He also had a product specialist come over and go through the rest of the set up with me. Wait time was next to nothing. Not sure if I have the right product specialist name. If he isn’t a product specialist I didn’t work with him. Andrew Franco is the salesman definitely.
