FANTASTIC dealership from sales through service!! I've been coming to Fullerton for years and they truly are honest and fair. Fullerton is nothing like the gimmick dealerships of Autoland CJDR or Sansone CJDR. Just look at their website and see the length of time some of their employees like their Sales Manager Tom Gandolfe have been with them, that will tell you everything you need to know. They also have extremely knowledgeable sales people like Ed Onka who know every aspect of the RAM brand and vehicle line up. I wouldn't go anyplace else.

If I could give 6 stars, I would definitely do so. We were traveling in through the area when the check engine light came on in our 1.5 week old Wrangler 4xe. We were able to make our way to Fullerton Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM and they shuffled things to squeeze us in and quickly diagnose the issue as a loose connection in the cooling system for the electric motor. We ended up having the most wonderful chat with Dean Tuccillo, General Manager of the Fullerton Group. It made what could have been a very frustrating 2 hours into an experience where we felt well taken care of.

I was looking for one Jeep Wrangler in particular in color and package my sales man was Ed onka he made the whole process very pleasant we did most of the transaction over the phone took care of the insurance and the finance over the phone went to the dealer the truck was washed and ready for me outside I was in and out of the dealership in Less than a half hour
