I recently just purchased my second vehicle from Naples Infiniti due to my first one being stolen, and the experience once again was astonishing. I had the pleasure of working with John Lawson, who exceeded my expectations, went above and beyond once again and helped me as much as possible to get back in the vehicle that I had. The customer service and professionalism that my wife and I were given was amazing, from the begging to the end. Since I had recently purchased a vehicle from them and was stolen, I reached out to John and explained what happened. Amazingly enough, they honored our previous deal to get me back into the same vehicle, which no other dealer was willing to do and believe me, I called all the Infiniti dealer in South Florida. Notice, I live 2 hours away from Naples to be exact and I will take the drive again just to do business with them, specifically with John Lawson and his team. One of the main things that I appreciate and value in doing business with John is that there is no lies, no hidden numbers or fees, the numbers that we discussed never changed! That meant a lot because of how far I live, I didn't want to make the drive and waste my time. Also, if I say everything took an hour and a half is too much, literally I was in and out!! Simply amazing. Sir, again, I personally want to thank you for the amazing costumer service, professionalism, for being so attentive, going out of your way and making it happen. This dealership is amazing, so clean, so modern looking and their staff was incredible. Let’s start with Gerosky “G” Sainvil . He was 5-star amazing. My first experience with this dealership and it was so easy from the first phone call to bringing the car to where I work, showing it to me and looking at my trade in. After that it was all done via internet/texting/email and then off to the dealership to see Corri Kolling in financing. Gerosky “G” Sainvil made this such a great experience. When we arrived home my wife Connie stated what a nice young man and great looking dealership. The car I bought was a beauty. Definitely will be back to revisit with Gerosky when we have need again. Can you say Trustworthy and professional? YES!
