I had a wonderful experience working with Kenneth

I had a wonderful experience working with Kenneth Faulkner. I had just come out of the hospital and wasn't able to walk the lot easily, so Keneth brought all of the car options right to me. He took the time to explain the features of each one, listened closely to what was most important to me, and guided me towards the perfect choice with so much patience and kindness. He went above and beyond -- after I decided on the car, he even followed my daughter and I home in the new vehicle so I wouldn't have to worry about getting back to the dealership later when I could drive. Kenneth is energetic, thoughtful, and professional. It's clear that he truly cares about his customers. He's an amazing salesperson, and I am so grateful for the way he treated me and made the process stress-free and enjoyable. He is a fine example of the company's customer service which I encountered throughout.

Professional and very friendly .

Professional and very friendly . Also experience and. Knowledge about the business and the car we were interested in. They also toot the time to show and inform us about how to operate and use the computer hook ups.

Professional, courteous staff.

Professional, courteous staff. The showroom is clean, modern and with plenty of amenities (TV, free WiFi, free coffee and water) to keep you comfortable and feel at home.

I would follow Thomas any where.

I would follow Thomas any where. He offered me the upmost and outstanding service. He was not only accommodating, patient and supportive but he listened to my concerns and desires. Even when I was looking elsewhere he still provided options and suggestions. He really had my best interest at heart. Thomas had my back!!!! I didn’t just find a salesperson but a friend.

I saw on the receipt that anything less than 10 you count

I saw on the receipt that anything less than 10 you count as zero, that seemed a bit odd, then why not just have a zero and 10. It’s implying to the clients to only put a 10 and nothing else. The other thing I wanted to mention is that on the checklist of things that are checked for the car, the AWD service was not checked, but I was asked to consider doing the service, which I did do. Just thought to mention that the service recommended should be checked off on the checklist. The agent is always very helpful and his service is excellent.

Fast professional service, all questions answered, clear

Fast professional service, all questions answered, clear communication, there was some issue with the missing appointment time, but the manager was able to fit it in their schedule and the service was done while I was waiting. Very good friendly service.

All of the staff is friendly and respectful. The sales people are trustworthy, true to their word and they follow through on what they say. It's a dealership with integrity!
