The Used Car Factory

It was the day before Thanksgiving and I needed a tune up before I left on vacation. I called The Used Car Factory to see if there was any way they could fit me in. Not only did they but they did it with a smile at a great price. When I picked up the car, I met Dave and he was knowledgeable about my car and explained to me what needed to be taken care of and what could wait. I will never take my car anywhere else. Thank you for the outstanding service.

Purchased a used Ford Fusion from The Used Car Factory and my experience was wonderful. We made an hour trip just for this dealership and they worked woth us % 100 of the way.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service we received on a busy Saturday!!! Donnie was swamped, but was able to make sure we were taken care of! Brian ( talking fishing!!) was great, Dave was great and Steve ( the numbers guy!) was very helpful and was able to get us a better deal in financing then what we first were told! I used Cars.com to find a particular car, the Hyundai Sonata. Then I lined up financing through my credit union. With those factors decided, I found that The Used Car Factory had the car I wanted with low mileage. Apparently, they receive Hyundai's from the Waldorf dealership. Their showroom location saved me a drive to Waldorf. The Factory also seemed to have a larger used car inventory than the Lexington Park Hyundai. We were in and out in about an hour on a Wednesday evening, the only time my husband and I could look together. There were some issues that brought us back, lack of detailing, low tire pressure, and a faulty fuse in one of the power jacks. But the Carfax report was accurate and the Sonata ride is a pleasure.

It was very refreshing to have a staff at a car dealership to have respect for a lady buying a car. I was made to feel very comfortable and they walked me through the process wonderfully. These guys give used car sales men a good name. Thank you.

I was following the Hyundai Sonata on Cars.com and this dealership came up with 5 cars, all in my price range! I didn't have to drive an hour! I had already arranged my financing with my credit union. We were in and out in an hour!!!

I have purchased cars from different dealerships in the Southern Maryland area. This dealership by far has been the best! Donny worked around the clock to help find the perfect vehicle for our family. Dave made sure we would have a vehicle with no issues. Steve made the paperwork process quick and easy. With a hectic schedule and not a lot of time, everyone at the dealership went above and beyond to help and eased the car buying process! Even while sitting there waiting for the short time I did wait, everyone in the establishment was attentive and kept me up to date with the progress. Hands down, if you need a vehicle no matter what you have going on The Used Car Factory will take care of you!

Very friendly and fast service. Didn't spend hours upon hours with paper signing and talk. In and out service, very enjoyable. I would recommend this dealer to others.

I called The Used Car Factory about a diesel truck I was interesed in and was transfered to the sales rep Donnie. He had me pre approved within an hour over the phone since I am 3 hrs away from the car lot. Since I was pre approved I drove the 3 hr ride. Joe the sales mngr took the truck to Dave (mechanic) in the back to appraise my truck for a trade in. Joe came back wih an appraisel above what I thought it would appraise at. He also accepted my offer I came through the door on the vehicle I was interested in. They gave me to Steve who worked very diligently to get the lowest rate possible. I am very happy with my purchase and would recomend them to all my friends and family. Here are my recommendations to any one wanting to buy a vehicle: Don't go to the dealership with a trashed vehicle. Clean it up! Also, don't try to lowball. Come in the door with realistic values.
