Had a great experience the getting a used Impala from the Used Car Factory. They were not pushy at all and quickly (and nicely) worked thru the car buying experience. Since I knew what car I wanted the total experience was maybe 1 hour. Didn't have to waste a whole Friday! They even offered to help get my other car back home.

He never tried to sell me anything he just focused on my specific needs and making me feel welcomed. Iwalked out with the keys to a beautiful Nissan Maxima which I've been wanting for YEARS!!!! They were very nice and accomodating.Very professional and willingly to work with us.My husband and I had to be at different places and Donny offered to drive the car to our house.He did not have to do that but he offered.I was very touched by that gesture.There are a lot of nice people in the world!!!!!!!
