The Used Car Factory

My first time buying a car with this dealership and I have to say that it was a pleasant experience. After looking for a used car for a couple of weeks and visiting a few other sketchy dealerships, the used car factory was a nice change of pace. When I did finally make a decision on the car I wanted, the check engine light was on. After informing the employees of it, they promised that they would take care of it before I drove the car off the lot. Although, taking a few more days than expected, the problem was eventually fixed with no extra cost to me (After the Maryland inspection a few problems popped up that would have costed and extra 800$).Personally I was glad they took the extra few days to fix it just so that it would be done and I would know that the car would be mechanically sound. They even guarantee 1 month or 1000 miles of insurance on the cars. Everyone was friendly and even while we were idling around waiting for the paper work multiple employees made sure that we were being taken care of. Overall, i would recommend the used car factory to anyone who is looking for a good, reliable car that'll last you a long time.

This is my first time buying a car from a dealership and I will be returning! The staff was friendly and worked with me until we found a vehicle that was within my price range and had everything I required. I would recommend anyone go there!

We went in there not expecting much and expecting not to be there that long at all. We have been turned down by previous dealerships and they didn't like our trade in. They accepting our trade in and got us into the car. It took them 2 hours of dealing with the bank and they hung in there and got us the deal that we wanted. They are great and I would totally come back and buy another car from them.

I was so worried I would not be able to find a company willing to work with me due to my credit. The Used Car Factory has great customer service fast to reply and does not mind answering any questions. Even when I changed my mind on what type of vehicle I wanted. The staff here were so friendly and accommodating with my difficult situation when purchasing a car. The lot was full of great cars that made it tough to choose! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced car and great service.

They were great to work with and purchase a car from. Jody kept me up to date with the vehicle I was purchasing. Steve was great with the financing and the other salesman at the dealership were nice to be around and very helpful even though I wasn't working with them (Donny and Joe).

Mr. Donbar was Awesome! I went in looking for a Ford Edge and they didn't have one. Donny told me to give him 24 hrs and he would find me one. The next day he called me and told me he found a Lincoln MKX. I told him I wasn't sure if I was going to like it ( I had my heart set on the edge) When I test drove it Donny was right I did fall in love with it.

We're very helpful in finding me a vehicle in my price range. Very good at explaining to me the whole process seeing how this was my first experience buying a car. Would recommend them.
