    Purchasing a car is difficult enough let alone being lied to and mislead. This was exactly my experience at this dealership. I had visited this dealership... a few years ago when I was in the market to buy a new Toyota Sienna. I took a test drive in the Sienna and sat down with the sales person at the time. There was a very weird vibe at this dealership, no many customers and the sales people were very pushy. So I passed on the deal and bought a car at the Livermore Toyota dealership. Fast forward now and this is a few months ago. Made contact with the internet fleet manager Christopher Paez. We test drove the car a Toyota Prius and I told him my only reason for buying this car would be to drive in the carpool lane so I needed a new Carpool lane sticker. Of course he said there would be no problem. The only issue was that I had a trade in which he gave me about $3k under KBB value. Mo the floor manager said because the vehicle has high miles on it that I would never see this car back on their lot and they would have to send it to the auction. You can look right now at the Lexus which they are selling for $8k over the trade in price. Yes, they bought it from me for $10k and are reselling it for $18k. Unbelievable right? Not only did they screw me on the trade, but as an insult and lie they are reselling the car for.a huge profit. But wait it gets better. Mo comes out and puts down the numbers, they rush me into the finance department and have me sign the contract very quickly. Little did I know they were charging me a higher percentage rate that I was unaware of. The next day I reviewed the contract and they were charging me double my percentage rate I normally would receive. My credit score was 780 which is good enough to get a good rate, usually 1-3% and they were giving me 6%. Of course I thought this was a mistake so I contacted Chris. Nope, this is what they wanted to charge me. I felt like just returning the car and getting me other car back, but decided to just move on it wasn't worth it. It gets better...so I submit my paperwork to the DMV to get my decal. It turns out that this car already was issued a carpool sticker in 2015 and does not qualify for a new decal and of course expires in 1/2019. Again another lie that could have been avoided, they were just so desperate to sell me this car. Anyways they have truly lived up to the reputation of a used car salesman. It's really sad to think that this person was in law enforcement, those who you count on and trust with our lives would stoop down so low just to sell cars at any rate. I would never recommend anyone to visit or do business with this dealership!

    Toyota of Lodi is a joke! Dan the Service manager is a complete and total IDIOT! He does not understand what intermittent means. We have had our truck... in 6 times for the same issue, a stereo that intermittently has major issues (long list). We took three videos showing the issue when it intermittently happens. Dan said the tech has to see the issue?!?!?!? So I asked Dan to have the tech drive with us for a few months so he can see the issue (insert xxx eyes here). He of course said no, lol! If you want service after the sale or a repair department that has a brain stem, this is not the place to go!!! UNREAL!!! P.S. one star is one to many!

    Hello Joe: We understand your frustration, we would like nothing more than to be able to fix your truck for you. I once had vehicle that wouldn't sta...rt for my wife, when I walked out to the car it fired right up. We drove it a few more weeks, then it wouldn't start for either us. Called the tow truck and wouldn't you know it started right up for him when he tried. This went on for a bit, we tried to run a scan on it no codes, nothing. It wasn't until the part failed completely that we were able to replace it and fix our car. Currently your truck runs great, it has this problem every few months. Until it completely fails we feel as though we would be doing you a disservice by trying to guess what the problem is and asking you to pay for it hoping it fixes it.     Mentioned multiple time that we wanted a certain car at x amount out the door. Agreed on the price and ran credit. Afterward, found out that they added... license, registration, and tax on the agreed out the door price making the prive jum almost 3000. Wasted 4 hours. Called Elk Grove and they agreed to sell at the price. Make the 20 min drive up north and enjoy a better experience, you won't regret. Stay away from Aaron or Charles they love to play games.

    I had spoken with Cynthia regarding a car I was interested in, gave an excellent offer based on comparisons I found online and her managers rejected the... offer. Subsequent to that, I found the car had been reduced to even lower than I had offered, but I had already found another car which I purchased. I think the managers might be a little more receptive to reasonable offers and Cynthia would have made a sale, and they would have netted more for the car I see is still for sale.

    We were very happy and satisfied with the 2014 ES 350 Lexus we purchased from Lodi Toyota last Labor Day weekend. Rodney and Sonny were super friendly... and helpful. However, we were quite disappointed because the car only had one electronic key and had no owner's manual. We believe the dealership should cover the cost for both items.

    Just bought a new Sienna XLE from Lodi Toyota and it was a great purchase for me. I bought a lot of vehicles in the past but this one beat them all. ... I am a member of USAA bank and they quoted me for a very good price on the 2017 Sienna XLE through the local dealer areas. I shop around a lot before I found the best dealership like this one here in Lodi. Juan was communicated with me by text and the day I came to test drive the van even though he wasn't there, Charles took the time to help me out. They didn't even pressure me to buy the vehicle. I told Charles that I will be back a couple days later after I see other vans from different places. Rod was friendly, took the time to show me the 2 vans in a hot temperature that day. Later, Juan finishing up the paper work and forwarding to Cindy the Finance manager. It was quick and painless no pressure, she was straight forward and no bs. This place make buying a car so much easy than driving it. I love it. Juan, Charles, Rod, Cindy were a great team. My thumb up for all of you. I got my van and just exactly what I need in a van and a great price. Thank you all.
