Simply perfect
Recently bought 2 new 2017 Impreza Sport models. Unfortunately a reacall popped up to reflash the ECM to adjust the cooling fan actuator temp. Brought my cars in and they were completed in less than an hour. Great customer we service in a beautiful facility. Thanks guys!

Excellent Buying Experience
No hassle buying experience. The salesman and sales manager were very helpful and never pressured me from buying a car from them. This is the 8th car I've bought (all from different dealership and brand) and this is the best dealer that I've dealt with so far. If you are shopping for a car and is considering a Subaru, I recommend you visit them and see the great experience I'm talking about.

Balancing Work and Personal
Routine oil change... working while waiting was necessary. I had coffee, wifi, and news on the flatscreen...the perfect office for 30 minutes. The Dealer staff is professional and welcoming and the facility spotless with all the comfort amenities. I love my Suburu!

Sold us a car they didn't have.
These guys were so consumed with closing the sale at sticker price they sold us a car they didn't have without ever mentioning that fact. When asked what we were supposed to drive for the estimated 2 weeks we would be without a car? It was suggested to us that we should go rent a car. Mind you they acted like the car was there. Then they told us it would be a day or two. Then it was a week to ten days. Then a couple weeks or so. We asked for our deposit back and bought the car we wanted at another Subaru dealer the same day. Brilliance said the car my wife wanted to buy was not available locally to trade for. We went and bought it 16 miles away and WAY cheaper. Brilliance wouldn't budge from sticker price!

Happy with staff and service
Service was as requested. The contact I had with the staff in order to make the appointment as well as complete the service was exceptional. The staff offered a loaner when it became possible that the car would be kept overnight. This was not needed as the vehicle was completed early. Thanks to the staff for the attention to my (or as my wife would remind me) her vehicle.
