Great experience

Sold me their last vehicle of a rare model

When visiting a car dealership you never know if you will finish up making a purchase. When I visited Brilliance it was late on a Saturday. And the last sample of the model I was interested in was parked in the showroom. Nevertheless, the sales associate sensed I was serious and made arrangements to have the vehicle moved outside for me to test drive. The car totally impressed me, but by the time I returned it was close their closing time. Nevertheless the staff went the extra mile, staying as late as 8 PM, to complete the sale. The experience was truly exceptional.

Exceptional Experience

Brilliance Subaru is truly an exceptional dealership. My recent purchase of a 2017 Outback was a pleasant experience. Ed Troike,s friendly nature and a "no pressure" approach is the reason I returned to Brilliance to purchase my second Subaru. The sales and service staff have always been efficient and friendly, and have always met or exceeded my expectations. I encourage anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle, to visit Brilliance Subaru in Elgin. They have elevated car buying and service to a new level.

Superior Service

Customer service is outstanding. Rich in the service department is superb, and, due to a minor issue when I picked up my vehicle after service hours, the sales manager, Joe, could not have been more accomodacting. Truly a superior dealership.

Service was fine

I only had an oil change. I did ask the service to check the squeak in my brakes. They claimed that they did not hear a squeak. They checked the pads and they were OK but they still squeak when I stop.
