Everyone was very helpful in purchasing my Subaru Outback. Was able to easily do multiple test drives of a couple of vehicle models. Salesperson kept me informed as to when my preferred model was in stock, with sale completed shortly thereafter. We have previously used the service department for an older Subaru, and were impressed by that department as well...one of the reasons we purchased the most recent one from Brilliance.

Saturday mornings are pretty busy everywhere but they were able to fit me in and the service writer Jim as well as the mechanics were professional and efficient. I was in and out in under an hour, I had to reschedule the hub bearing repair because I didn't have a additional hour to wait but they were willing to get it done.

I had a riddle under the dash and it was all taken care of in just about an hour.. Good Job

I purchased my new Outback from Brilliance Subaru this past week. My sales associate Ed Troike was wonderful, extremely low pressure. He was very knowledgeable about the Outback he took the time to explain all the features in detail. I had my old Outback in for service at Brilliance and also had good experiences. So I feel confident that feeling will continue when bringing my new Outback in for future services.
