I was here for a couple of recall issues and my 24,000 mile service. There were no surprises. The waiting room was comfortable and the coffee is decent.

Great service
The tire pressure light was on. The tecnician inspected the tires and found a nail puncture. The tire was repaired and the car got washed in the bargain. Great service.

Service
Service was precise and delivered as promised. The loaner was clean and had a full tank of gas. When I picked up my car it was parked in the lot for easy access.

Pleasant experience
From pulling in to leaving everyone was exceptionaly courteus and helpful,at 7:00 AM. The fellow who checked me in, 7:00 am, Outlined what was to be done and approximate time to complete, I was waiting for car. Tke waiting area is very nice and stocked with complimentary refreshments. While waiting another man came in and explained items they noticed, wiper blades and leak in one tire, he told me what it would cost and I gave him OK to remedy. While waiting I looked at some of the new models, looking to replace my 08 Outback, I spotted the new Impreza, and asked the service Rep. who checked me in if he could find some info on car. He returned with a broucher and I am reviewing it. If I purchase the car I will ask if he shares in the sale.

Great buying experience.
It seems that I have had a lifetime of bad car buying experiences, there is nothing worse than buying a new car and coming home angry, feeling that you were taken advantage of. Buy Brilliance Subaru was a great place to buy a car, I felt that their online prices were fair as well as the trade-in value of my old car. They were never pushy, very knowledgeable, and everyone was exceptionally pleasant to deal with. At the end of the day I was happy with the car I bought and the dealership experience. I would absolutely recommend Brilliance Subaru to anyone.
