No-hassle car purchase

From the very beginning my car purchase was a no hassle experience. I initiated contact with Andrew in internet sales. He was very informative and responded promptly. Once I entered the dealership Phil continued to provide an excellent car buying experience. I have been very happy with Subaru. My first Forester was a great car and my expectations are that this new Forester 2.0XT will run like a top as well. Love the cars and both dealership experiences have been very good.

My experience with brilliance Subaru

Went to brilliance Subaru to buy a car, and got more than just a brand new vehicle. The service was excellent and were really good at making me feel at home. This is my first new car so the whole buying process was new to me. Thankfully the team at brilliance Subaru made it very easy and worry free. Brett helped me out with my purchase and answered all my questions I had for him. If I have anywhere to recommend people to go when buying a Subaru it's Brilliance Subaru. Great atmosphere and showroom floor. The selection is vast and have plenty of models to choose from. It's a one stop dealership, and the deal was good so I didn't need to shop around for the Best Buy. Thank goodness for that.

Mr. J.K. Cardwell

All went well as I answered Subaru's offer to end my lease early, start a new lease with a new car and reduce my monthly charge. My sales person, Brett Cassell was very helpful this time as he was at the first lease. This was not my first car-buy experience--I am 85 and a retired on-the-road salesman--so I can say "well done" to this experience. J.K. Cardwell

I got a great deal in a hassle-free experience.

Donna did a great job of educating me on the advantages of a Subaru ( I was also considering Honda). Brilliance immediately matched the price I would have gotten had I gone through my employee buying program, even though they were not a participating dealer. And then they knocked a half-percent off the interest rate I was pre-approved for. With the savings I was able to add the trailer hitch that I was considering. Buying a new car is unfortunately expensive, but I think I got a great deal

Ed is the man!

Ed is the best guy you could ever deal with when facing the stress of a purchase of a new or used car! EVERYONE at Brilliance Subaru is amazing! They are trustworthy and make you feel like family! 5 stars in my book for sure!
