I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new Ford Bronco at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper, and a huge part of that was thanks to Mori. From start to finish, Mori was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, helpful, kind, patient, and understanding. He took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What truly stood out was how supportive and encouraging he was. Mori genuinely wanted me to make the decision that was best for me, and he gave me the time and space I needed to feel confident in that choice. That made all the difference and turned what can often be a stressful process into a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Mori to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle. Shottenkirk Ford is a great dealership overall as well. Friendly, welcoming staff and a great environment. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

Mori is not one of these high pressure, talk to much
Mori is not one of these high pressure, talk to much salesman. I was in and out in about 2 hours. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a Ford or any other used car brand to reach out to Mori and let him show you around. Jose, general sales manager greeted me and asked if I was being taken care of or if I needed anything which I really appreciated! They were great to work with, the whole process was quick and easy.
