Dishonest sales bait and switch
Total liars, Edwards was the salesman , dishonest and rude. Offered a truck at 27K and then they called "corporate" who said it would be $39,000 with tax with $2000 of add ons. The salesman rudely said he didn't know they would not go for the offer, which the salesman offered 27K to begin with. Total bait and switch and 100% dishonest.

Horrible experience, I came here to look at a used car I was interested in, the sales person could not answer my questions about a the trim on the Camaro, which was disappointing because he had a GM ring and seemed like he has been there for a while. Besides that my main issue was with the desk/sales manager he went by the name of Andy, after negotiating and explaining how I did not want the “win protection plan” that was pre installed at $1999 he did not want to make a deal with me. We then went back and forth with numbers and at the end he snatch the paper and walked out. Andy was rude and disrespectful, as I left the dealership he stated he was not going to take the add ons off the deal because he was not going to lose money. These protection plans are a rip off and they will always over charge for them, but the way Andy did business was the most disrespectful and rudest way possible.

On September 7th, I test drove a vehicle at WinChevrolet. Freddy was the sale person who approached my girlfriend and I. He was nice and attentive, however, when asked about their "bumper to bumper" warranty he claimed the vehicle had, he was unable to explain what it included stating "I can say something the managers might disagree with". I then asked him what the RS package meant for the Camaro and he was unable to explain clearly what it included. Things took a turn for the worst when the desk manager Andy approached us, this person is very unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. My girlfriend and I refused to pay the "already pre-installed" items he claimed the vehicle already came with (for example the paint protection and inside cleaning protection). We went back and forth with some numbers and frustrated he then snatched the paper out of my hand when I was trying to take a picture of it. He also said "if you want to see a $0 on the add-on section I will simply add it to your signing price because I am not losing that money". I should have read the reviews before coming to this place, apart from having higher prices than other dealerships, their managers are extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not return.
Illegal listings below what they will sell for
They list cars at a lower price than they are willing to sell them at. Not a legal practice. When you call they won't give direct answers on whether they will sell you the vehicle at the price listed.

Got an online price for a Traverse, drove down from Oxnard in traffic and they told me the price was $10,000 more than the online price (on their website). Horrible bait and switch. They had multiple opportunities to tell me they don’t honor the online price but they didn’t. Wasted my time. Don’t shop here.

Chevy Bolt 2022 is listed on their website for $33,995 and the agent said it was a mistake and the car ended up listing at over $40,000!! He said “someone upstairs is going to be in trouble”. I looked at website today (3 days later) and the price is the same
