    We drove in and we haven't even unbuckled the last kid out of the car a sales person name Shawn eager show us cars. We gave him the scratcher and we informed... him we want to see the truck line up. We immediately grew fond of the Colorado but it was Z71 it was beyond the budget. We sat down and informed him we would arrange time tomorrow to test drive, and want certain color, LT, 4x4 and if he can get a truck with the Steps bedtruck liner and mats included we would be interested. Next day we come back in, shown a Vin# informed its on their other dealer lot and likelu come in next day but able sign things now and can be sent home with a loaner truck . We test drove, negotiated the terms for lpan. Follow up 2 days after Shawn gives a different Vin asked ask if we be interested in Redline Colorado instead, same terms. Of course we agreed bc at this point even though it was not the color, the  wanted the specs were better. 2 days after he calls tells us truck has arrive. We didn't get a babysitter bc we figured it be quick sign and expected no install bc the truck sold over the phone already had everything. We arrive Shawn tells shows us. LT gray truck. No bed line, no steps and tells me..isn't this the truck you initially want the gray one? I told him what happen to the Black redline colorado? He said it got sold. We bought this one from another dealer...I told him so what happens to the other specs we discuss- informed its been ordered and be installed tomorrow. My husband was frustrated ....we sit down with finance Don Lee we told him the frustration but he said he couldn't do.anything and we told him same deal except we want to opt on the optinal warranties,  but informed it with a package of dealer unable get that off the contract.  At this point we tired..and son we said will sign but my husband and I will review the contract for any discrepancy. Next day we called want to cancel the "optional warranties." They made it difficult so we decided to write. Letter and have a carrier hand it to the finance or general manager, according to delivery they would not take or  sign for the mail. Next day husband decided to walk in to see if a soul would speak to him and by the evening one of finance representative sat down with us and only allowed us to sign cancelation for 3/6 services. At this point we sign but still want to pursue a claim with consumers affair bc we have right to cancel services that are optional. 3 weeks post purchase I get a call from Oscar a general manager asked me how can he make things better, told him the story and want to get refunded for the optinal warranties informed him call husband bc I was at work. He then calls me 1 hour after despite telling him am at work ...I dont think we be able to refund you are you able to bring the car today? I asked how about my Jeep? And is this in paper? And how about my downpayment..so your director and finance told you to tell me this? He takes it back and says let me see if this is a option if it is would you be willing...and he goes "how about you speak to your husband." I respond how about you speak to me my name is in the contract and I do understand how lender/loans and fiance work being, Wife/woman. Would you be available after 5pm bc that's is when I am free to further discuss refund and cancelation? Informed me he will be free Later husband updates me that they respond to the consumer affair claim only negotiating refund for the 3/6 services...we quickly decline!. We had a eager cars salesman but when after sold! Business wise..they became one pack of bad wolves! Even the install of the products that was part of negotiated sale was not installed correctly. This place is a bate and Switch!!..will never buy a car from this dealer ever again. I bought many cars before never had bad customer service. WIN Chevy = lack courtesy and professionalism. Advise that their business relation / quality control provide the with in service on customer service and bett

    Worst car dealer....people here are crooks and rude. Beware...do not attempt to come here if you don’t want to be fooled. Customer Service are below... poor quality. They will keep you in the dark until the last minute. Waste of time.

    Uber ride to pick me up from home yo bring back to dealership took an hour to finally arrive because the wrong address was given repeatedly to Uber Serivce... from dealership customer service personnel.

    Our experience has been horrible! What we encountered was the behavior of a sly used car sales person. They were all friendly to our face, but lied about... so many things. First mistake they made was that the car we ordered to be made to our specific requests, did not come back the way we had ordered. We wanted a standard bed and the truck had a short bed. When we pointed this out they first told us we were wrong. After pulling out a tape measure they agreed they did make a mistake in the ordering process. Then they promised us a car that had been recently made and was on transport... nothing was delivered. We called several times after weeks of waiting and if we were able to reach a sales person or manager, they would promise to call back in a few minutes and we NEVER received a call back. After more than a month of this we ended up having to drive over to talk to someone and after waiting for 15 minutes without getting any help, we demanded to see a manager and he told us that they were having serious trouble getting the car they had promised. We ended up wanting our $11,000 back to which the manager that day Oscar said that wouldn't be a problem, standing next to him was the financial manager Daniel who told us he would write us a check on Monday. To give him some time he asked us to come at noon. I came at 2pm and Daniel had not looked at our file. He had me wait for 30 minutes without communicating with me. After I protested this poor treatment I was threatened to be physically removed from the property. He ended up lying, which was our general experience with WIN Chevy all around. He refused to write a check and was only willing to route the money back to our credit card. We had already paid that credit card off, so the bank account was pretty empty. Now we have $11,000 sitting as credit, but I can't pay my mortgage with a creditcard. We left WIN Chevy without a car and with a headache and heartburn... The complete disrespect, never actually calling back, being dishonest about what they could deliver, the screw over financially.... We would like to warn everyone about doing business with this branch.

    Scam artists. Dishonesty sales practices they list one price and assure you that’s the final price excluding taxes but them they got you with 4K more in... nonsense. No integrity to be found anywhere . They use the same old tired sales techniques they don’t know they’re inventory they lie and tell you something comes in a package that isn’t there. Had my car fully inspected to find a few major issues. No tracking device that I paid For reluctantly, no seat sealant or whatever nonsense is in their win package. Don’t waste your money your time your energy on this xxxx hole

    For those who don't want to read the entire story, stay away or be aware of the $2,000 "mandatory protection plan" they add on without directly or deliberately... telling you. Went in to purchase a vehicle and had to return because the truck wasn't there yet, 45 minute drive one way but was lured in but the unbearable advertised price. They told me it was physically there by the way. I was told it was there one day and then that it was 2 weeks out the next day by another person. So after complaining about wasting my time, Malik (I think) who said he was the internet sales manager told me if I would still come in he would take care of me that it wasn't his fault. He said it would be arriving today but he wasn't sure what time. I chose to go in a second time cause we really wanted this specific color. And the price was great! (This part is key) So after seeing the truck I realized Chevys version of ash is a light gray in everyone else's book. Ok whatever, but I commented on how It's gonna be hard to keep clean and maybe we'll put some seat covers. He said oh it's ok we can put a spray protection on it. I said no, I wouldn't want to purchase anything like that. He just kinda shrugged his shoulders and let it go. So after all the back and forth on pricing and figuring out the rebates and discounts, I was ok with the price and ready to purchase when I saw that they were adding $2,000 ON TOP of the price we were agreeing on for their WIN protection thing. I told them I didn't want it and I told him over an hour ago that I didn't want it and he said if I wanted to buy the truck (that wasn't even there yet) I had to purchase the WIN 13 PAGE SERVICE/PROTECTION AGREEMENT CONTRACT! I declined the offer and left. I thought about it and called to speak to the general manager to see if this was really the case because it doesn't seam like it would be possible for a franchised dealer to refuse to sell a somebody else's product without adding a protection plan/service agreement. If I was GM I'd be pissed to know they were losing potential customers this way. Anyways somebody with the last name Jackson answered claiming to be a sales manager and told me that the GM doesn't talk to people because he's too busy. I said ok but maybe I can talk with him tomorrow. He doubled down on the manager being in meetings. He refused to give me even a name in the beginning until I raised my voice. How would a general manager not want to speak with a customer who was just refused to let purchase an almost $30,000 product? How is this not a bait and switch if they advertise a price then when you get there they refuse to sell it to you at that price without adding on a $2,000 product.

    If I could give this dealer a 0 star rating, I definitely would! I normally don't take time away from my busy life to write these type of reviews but this... experience made me make some room to do so. I went in trying to purchase a customized vehicle and upon entering the dealer there was not one person to greet me or acknowledge my presence. I waited for like 20 minutes at the front desk and no one bothered to ask if I required assistance. I roamed around and kept asking for assistance and all they would do was pass the buck. They would tell me that someone would assist me and finally they told me to have a seat and they would bring a sales representative to come assist me. I waited 45 mins for an Internet Sales Manager named Brian. This guy knows not one thing about providing customer service. I had my order on hand and instead he insisted on selling me the inventory on stock and ignored my request. Finally, he initiated the process but took about 15-30 minutes each time to go in his office to try to build the vehicle. However, every time he came back with the pre-purchase order details the info was incorrect even after repeating myself. On top of his incompetence, he was very unprofessional. Even his gait, posture and demeanor portrayed his very little interest in his job duties. Even another customer who was sitting at a nearby table noticed the awful experience and made a comment out loud. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed and apparently, I wasn't the only one. I overheard a couple talking about their experience as well as I walked out. I would not recommend anyone to make their purchase here. Go elsewhere where they really take good care of their customers! Good thing I realize this before even finalizing my purchase.

    False Advertising and Inappropriate Sales Tactics. The salesperson and sales manager changed the price by removing discounts and adding on dealer fees.... Facts: In searching for a Chevrolet Silverado 1500 vehicle on September 5, 2020, Win Chevrolet advertised far cheaper prices (via both of their websites) for the same vehicle configuration at other dealerships. They advertise the additional $3,985 discount as the "Win Price" or "Dealer Discount" depending on which website you view (see attachments). I found this dealership via the Costco Auto Referral Program (via Costco.com). The specific vehicle found on both of their websites and referred to in all conversations is VIN 1GCPYCEF5LZ372004 - Stock Number XTPXC1. I called the phone number for Win Chevrolet from the Costco Auto Referral Program and reached "K.B.," the salesperson. The Salesperson name on the purchase price summary sheet is Hamdi Kaboudi. "K.B." confirmed the advertised "Net Cost" of $38,480 - excluding taxes and fees. He also confirmed that was the Costco price. There was no mention of removing discounts or adding dealer fees. Upon attempting to purchase the vehicle in person at the dealership between 6:04 PM and 7:05 PM and asking for the "Costco Member-Only Price Sheet," I was presented with a purchase price summary that excluded the "Win Price" (or "Dealer Discount") and included an "Accessories" cost of $1,999 that was verbally described as the Win Protection Plan that had not been installed yet. I explained that I did not want the Win Protection Plan and asked that they do not install it just to charge me extra for something that I did not want. "K.B." had on his computer the exact vehicle in discussion showed on the WinChevrolet.com website which showed the Net Cost of $38,480. "K.B." then left the room and sent in the sales manager (I do not recall his name). The sales manager explained that I do not qualify for the "Dealer Discount" but did not offer a proper explanation why. The sales manager also explained that they purposely install the Win Protection Plan on all vehicles and that their business practice is to install it no matter whether it's already installed nor whether the customer refuses it. I asked the sales manager if he would sell me that vehicle for the advertised price that was on "K.B."'s computer screen. He responded that he could not. I told him that I only drove to that establishment because of that advertised price and "K.B."'s confirmation of that price over the phone. The sales manager said he would "call Chevy" to see if he could get the Dealer Discount for me. "K.B." returned without the sales manager and said they could not sell me the vehicle for the advertised price and that I should go to another dealership to purchase a vehicle. He also said that they are increasing their prices online to be reflected on their website tomorrow. Upon attempting to take a picture of the purchase price summary sheet, "K.B" quickly pulled that away from in front of me and told me that I was not allowed to take a picture but could not explain why. Opinions: There was no confusion between any party about the advertised price. There was no confusion between any party about "Win Price" or "Dealer Discount." There was no confusion between any party about the "Accessories" cost equating to the Win Protection Plan.

    I went in looking for a great deal on a specific vehicle. Although I have a pretty high DTI ratio.and a second car loan, these guys got me a 4.99 interest... rate. Malik was professional, personable and funny as xxxx. Never before this have I actually enjoyed shopping for a car, but the folks at WIN Chevrolet made it an enjoyable experience.!
