It was excellent

The service department is excellent. They have your vehicle ready when promised. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. The work it's self is outstanding. I would recommend anyone to Lou Soub Kia. I love my Kia Sorrento.

FINALLY a rewarding car-buying experience!

It is sad that I am middle-aged and never had a good car buying experience. I have come to dread the process. But Lou Sobh Kia broke the curse. First of all, it started with the sales staff. J.D. and Tyler really knew their product. They were able to explain every detail of the cars unlike the numerous other dealerships I visited prior to my purchase. Secondly, when I finally decided to purchase, Mark Levy worked hard to locate the car I wanted and gave me a fair price without the unnecessary haggling. Honestly, it was seamless and I couldn't be happier. I will DEFINATELY recommend them to my friends and put them on my social media. This dealership is like a well-oiled machine and actually seem more like a family than colleagues. I will drop by just to have a cup of coffee with them. Of course in my shiny new wheels! Nice people

Everyone tried to make the experience as relaxed as possible. Never stopped asking if we had any questions or concerns. No pressure tactics used during the sales process.

We were in and out ahead of schedule.

We were there for our first maintenance service. Our car was ready before promised. Even the wait was enjoyable with premium coffee, breakfast bar, local newspaper, and large-screen TV with local news. I even managed to sit in a new 2017 vehicle, much to my wife's chagrin. This is how we ended up with the new vehicle I recently purchased.

Windshield repair

The windshield was repaired quickly. It looks great. The price was just average. They even cleaned the broken glass from the inside of the van.

Quick and very personal

It was a pleasure again to see the friendly folks from Lou Sobh! The issue was handled under warranty, no cost incurred and I ended up with a freshly washed car, too. :)

Shop Service

Called for an appointment for the next day. They had an opening that afternoon and said come on in and I did. In and out with oil change and tire rotation. Very quick and thorough.
