K900 regularly schedlued service.

Excellent, service, facility, amenities, and most importantly people. I pass by three Kia dealerships to do service at Lou Sobh. I like the people, quality service, and the great work area for me to have quality atmosphere that I can conduct my business while I wait.

Purchased New Car

I can only review on the car buying experience. They were the only dealership that had the set up I was looking for...in fact they had 2. Really easy to deal with and was very knowledgeable about the car.

Greattach Experience

Lou Dobbs not only had the best price, they also were the mist forthcoming when I asked questions before going to the dealership. I called others and all they wanted to do was to get me to come in to talk about it and would not answer questions ahead of time about a specific model. Good honest peopple. My wife and I did not feel pressured and we were left alone to discuss our thoughts along the way.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!

The Service Department is the cleanest and most organized shop I've ever been to. They are efficient, timely, and very helpful. Nobody likes to wait, but while you are waiting, they have coffee, snacks, water, a huge TV, and plenty of tables and chairs. They keep you updated on what's going on with your car, and how soon it will be ready. They always wash the car before bringing up to the front. Customer service is outstanding!!

Trusted Dealership Sales and Service

Purchased a used car six months ago paid over 6k for it paid cash since that time the car has been there three times for repair and yes I have paid also went to another shop for an issue this last time I had to have it towed there paid over 400.00 drove it 2.5 miles homes started to work next day went less then ten and check engine light came on drove back to car dealership missing some unpaid time at work yes they put me in a loaner only to be told it was something they could not handle new codes came up but of course I could use the car for a down payment I had a previous bad experience on the previous car I purchased but I was told we are here for you and we will help if your car has issues well I have had four and their response is you had the car for six months and drove it 10k miles so do the math 6k plus 1k I have had to put into it so for every 1,000 miles I have driven it; it has cost me 700 my car is up there I now have to pay an extra expense to get it to another shop and try to have it repaired by Saturday oh and the service department said they would put the bad part back in and refund my money thanks for putting the defective part back on my car appreciate it Update returned the loaner today at 1pm after having my car towed to AAMCO NO REFUND as promised shocking but then at 4:15pm service manager calls and says I need the loaner back I said I returned it he says well I just walked in and they said you didn't I said your employee drove me home three hours ago

Hi, I have researched your claims. I understand that you purchased a 2009 Saturn Vue from us in April 2016 . In May you were in for an accelerator problem, 2000 miles later, and we repaired it for you at no charge. In November, you brought the car in with another 8,000 miles on it. The car was sold with a 3,000 mile or 90 day Limited Warranty. Our Service Manager informed you that it needed to go to a GM dealer as we don't have a GM computer to read the diagnostic codes. I believe we have been more than fair with you. We would be happy to trade vehicles with you if you are interested in purchasing another vehicle.
