First great experience at a dealership
Spending weeks searching for a new van, I had a few bad experiences and was just as skeptical after finding a few ads on Autotrader. I ended up buying my first vehicle from a dealer here and the entire process was perfect. They had the vehicle I wanted, worked with me on the financing and price, and went out of their way to show me the ins and outs of the vehicle. Chris and Robert were amazing, even when I had my two young kids and grandmother with me. It was quick, I showed up late so they stayed after hours, and they were more than accomodating. I highly recommend talking to Chris and working with Lou Sobh Kia. This is my new dealership even though there are a few Kia dealerships closer.

We shopped around for 2017 Sportage. Decided on Lou Sobh because it was the most convenient dealership to our location and Chris Gardner, our salesman , was very courteous. He was never pressuring and exhibited an honest effort to work out a fair deal with us. After the sale, he took ample time to go over the electronics of the vehicle with us and explain the functionalities. He was, by far, the best car salesperson we've ever dealt with. From a buying experience, Chris is an asset to Lou Sobh. We also have another Kia and Lou's service department is tops. I might add, the Sportage is also an awesome vehicle in it's class and is the best value. I would recommend Chris and this dealership.

Memorial Day Service!!!
Service folks are really cordial and get you in and out pretty fast. The lounge area is very nice. Always spotless and a relaxing place to have coffee and snacks while waiting.

Worst experience ever.
My wife and I had the worst car buying experience ever. Let me as narrative as possible, we went in with confirmed appointment on memorial day. We had done our research on Kia Sportage and I really wanted to buy that car. Everything was fine until the real part of actual negotiation started. Our assigned Sales Person was Tyler. He was excellent, but I think in his our enthusiasm to sell the car resulted in major goof ups. Tyler came back with a price which was completely off what was marked out on the web portal. As usual he went back and forth with his manager. As soon as my trade in appraisal came in, I told them, I am NOT willing to trade in my car. But I guess Tyler went back n forth with his manager and kept coming back with appraisal. They were not budging on any discounts and kept coming back to my trade in. I finally told Tyler that this wasn't going to work for us and got up and walked out of the dealership. Tyler came back as we walked out of the dealership and said his manager wants to Thank us. My wife and I thought it was social obligation and walked back in. Tyler's manager Tim started howling nonsense about the trade in and garbage. I said, you know what, I don't want to deal with you guys. Tim was making get out of here gesture and my wife said that's very rude. He responded back "Yes, I am very rude". I am surprised, how Tim is still an employee at this dealership. He doesn't know customer service 101. Overall I liked Tyler, but I think he has a long way because he needs to listen to what a customer is telling him. Well, this clearly ruined our holiday and I will never be recommending anybody to this showroom and whoever is running this business clearly needs to have a 1-1 talk with Mr.Rude. Btw, did I mention that we drove from Buckhead to meet this fate!!

Pleasant Car Buying Experience
Chris was very patient and knowledgeable about all of the Kia Optimas. It was nice that there were so many different color cars to choose from. The financing process was quick and easy. I would recommend this dealership to other people. Thank you.

5 Star Salesman Chris Gardner
We started out at another Kia dealership that lied to us telling us they could beat the deal advertised by Lou Sobh Kia and kept us there for hours, in the end they said the deal that Lou Sobh was advertising could not be done. Chris Gardner was honest with us and so was the sales manger. In the end they did what they said they would do and gave us an awesome deal on my beautiful new Optima EX. They made the process easy and fast. If you are looking for an excellent salesman, Chris Gardner is who you are looking for and we will go back to Lou Sobh Kia and recommend them to all our friends.
