On 05-10-16 my wife Carole and I decided to visit your Kia dealership just TO LOOK not buy the Kia Minivan. It was our first visit to a dealership in over 11 years. I had no preconceived idea of what was available on the car market, of prices, what options were available or even what kind of car I should buy. In short, we were totally unprepared to buy anything. Before I knew it, I bought a blue 2015 Cadenza with 25,000 miles on it. Then I got home and realized it was not the car I needed or wanted. So the next day I went back and bought a 2016 Kia Sorento without passenger adjustable seats and without lumbar support for a driver with a bad back (me). When I got home my wife sat on the passenger side and wanted me to take the car back for a car with adjustable passenger side seat. So on 05-14-16 I bought the 2017 Kia Sorento EX that I have now. Was everything that happened totally my fault...yes it was. I would have avoided a lot of stress and gotten exactly what I wanted from the beginning if I would have done a little research before visiting a dealership. Yes, I now have the car I want... but it took 5 days of stress and several sleepless nights to get it. It is not Kevin's fault that I am an idiot.

Excellent Experience
Santi made the whole dread of buying a car a relaxed and laid back experience. Made us feel confident he wanted to help us get the best deal and get us in the car that we wanted. Great Dealership
shopped at alot of dealers, this dealer made us feel relaxed and not pressured. Had gotten others quotes but this was the best. I would recommend this dealer and Santi to others.

Great experience!!
My husband and I went to look at a 2015 Kia sedonda today, however, I did not like the vehicle. Santi Gala, showed us a new vehicle but purchasing a new one at this time is not in our budget. Santi was great to us and I felt no pressure. I will definitely recommed Santi and the dealership to all my friends.

Top notch
My experience was great! It was our first time to buy brand-new car and we were pretty nervous. After speaking with the sales representative and the managers we felt calm and relaxed. They answered all of our questions and did not pressure us at all into buying. They were supposed to close at 8:00 and they stayed open for us until 10:00 to seal the deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE
Mark was absolutely wonderful! He explained everything that would be checked and what I could expect once my car was taken back. He then kept me informed throughout the process. I felt as though he cared I appreciate all his help and will "definitely" take my car back for service.

Great Experience!
We just bought our first car today! We found the car online and spoke with Chad Calhoun, who was a pleasure to work with. He helped us every step of the way and when we showed up to finalize everything, we were handed over to Larry. Larry went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, knowledgeable about the car, and excited about our new car experience. We will definitely be back in the future! I would recommend to anyone in the market to buy a vehicle, this dealership needs to be your first stop!

First impression was good.
The repair service put in new bulbs on my dim lights, and I can see again after dark. They also corrected the driver's side tail light so it remains on all the time as needed. I was pleased.
