I have had my care in for service twice since I purchased it. Experience has been top notch. I have not felt pressured to purchase additional service and feel I can trust what I am told. I really appreciate that as I have had experience in the past where is seemed like there was nearly always an extra suggestion to replace something. I fell I can trust what I am told with Lou Sobh. I drive almost an hour for my appointments even though there is a dealership closer to my home. The service is worth the trip!

Smooth Used Car Purchase, didn't wast my time
I was looking for a specific Make/Model within only 3 model years so my used car search has been lengthy. One day a new listing popped up for a recent trade-in at Lou Sobh. Lou Sobh was about a 50-minute drive away from me, so I was dreading the used car purchase process. I set an appointment for the next day and arrived right on time and saw our salesman (Chris) waiting out front for us. He brought us right in and made us feel at home. He had the car I was inquiring about parked in a shaded part of the building ready for us to take a look. He also had one other car of similar specs parked next to it in case we didn't like the one we came to look at, this was a very helpful and thoughtful gesture (especially since we were shopping in the lower-priced used car range - we felt that we were getting the same level of respect that we would if we were buying in the 40k+ range, which is a nice change from our other recent visits to other dealerships.) We weren't financing so I can't comment on that part process. I would definitely consider a future purchase here

I've never been so pleased with a car buying experience. I did not feel like I had been beat up once I left. Everyone from our Sales person to the Finance Director were incredible - they really made you feel like they were interested in you and what you were looking for and were working to making every effort to get you the car you want. I am a new widow and needed to get out from under a high maintenance luxury sedan into something more economical and practical for my new life.
