Kind courteous and friendly - never pushy - answered all questions - explained all options - I test drove 2 cars and knew what I wanted. They did not have the color I wanted but was able to retrieve one from another dealership. Kudos to Chris Gardner for making my car buying decision easy. The nicest sales person at any dealership I have worked with. Tim Bennett the sales manager was very courteous as well . The dealership was clean - everyone I spoke with very friendly. I would definitely recommend Lou Sobh Kia and Chris Gardner to my family and friends to purchase their next car from.

I have interfaced with countless sales representatives from MANY dealerships. Without a doubt, Chad has been the best sales person I have dealt with in many years. From my first call to him, he was professional and responded quickly regarding a jeep I was interested in. He was not pushy and was very informitive when discussing my needs. He took his time to explain EVERYTHING thoroughly. He hit the nail right on the head here. He took care of it all, his honesty as a salesman was astounding, I am so impressed by this dealership in it's entirety, it was truely a VIP experience. Everyone I came in contact with at this dealership had a happy, down to earth attitude, everyone I saw seemed delighted to be there. I had gone to 7 dealerships before going to Lou Sobh, and they absolutely blew me out of the water with the price and how I was treated throughout the entire process. Chad had the integrity I'd been looking for in a sales person for a very long time. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he exceeded expectations, right through to the delivery of my shiney new Jeep as well as subsequent follow-up to ensure my complete satisfaction even after the purchase This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I HIGHLY recommend them hands down. The 7 other dealerships I'd visited within the 3 months all turned out to have the same pushy, scam artist attitudes. This experience was awesome!! Chris Gardner is among the best Auto Salesman I've experienced in all my car buying years!! His continued follow up, with a low pressure, friendly demeanor makes the buying experience pleasurable. My wife and I purchased a new Kia Sorento from this dealership using the Manager recommendations from BJ’s Online Car Buying Program. The Kia representative that BJ's said would contact was not available but Brad Elrod from the dealership contacted us after our initial contact with the program, discussed our needs and vehicle choice, made an initial phone price offer and we made arrangements to meet. Our experience with the buying process was excellent. We were treated very well and made to feel comfortable with the process and were very pleased with Brad's knowledge of the vehicle and his ability to give us the ability to view, drive and make decisions of our own choice. We highly recommend this dealer.

Went only to look at the Soul. Santi Gala approached us and recalled we had been in a couple of weeks earlier. My wife said she was interested in the Soul because of her work. We originally wanted to purchase a used Soul but Santi showed how a new 2015 would actually be a better buy. Santi worked to meet my wife's needs and wishes. Overall it was a great experience, everyone was friendly and helpful. My wife has already referred someone to Santi.

Very nice people work there! I took my daughter there to buy her first car our budget was not big and they treated us just like we where spending a ton.Gave us a great deal and so far so good on the car.Brad Elrod our sales man was very nice not pushy at all witch I love.Robert the sales manager was there to make sure everything was going great.I am glad we got her first car there and to see everyone treat her so nice was great.I will be going back soon to get a new car.
