Joe Machens Nissan

The service department at Joe Machens Nissan is very friendly and helpful. They are always accommodating to my needs or concerns about problems with my vehicle. I would highly recommend the service department.

I’ve been coming here since 2012, and have consistently had good experiences in every department. This is my 2nd new Nissan purchase at this dealership, and my 4th Nissan. I’ve had service for all 4 of them at this one.

We live in central Iowa, so I bought this vehicle on the phone. First I texted and communicated with Shawn. Shawn had Tom Peters draw up a proposal and connected me with David Wilson for the final sale. I told David that we would be there in approximately four hours and would see him then. Every one of these people handled everything with profession and courtesy. I wish you were closer so the commute wasn’t so long, as when I trade again it will be with David Wilson and the fine folks at Joe Machens Nissan.

Very good service and easy to schedule an appointment. Forrest is always friendly and helpful with any questions that I have in regards to the service of our vehicles.

Service was great! However there were multiple employees and customers without masks. It was clear no one cared. I did not feel comfortable there at all in this pandemic. I also saw roughly 20 employees during my time there grab a plastic water bottle from the fridge when there is a perfectly good water station for reusable cups. Maybe you guys should encourage use of that instead of contributing to the plastic pollution problem.

The minute I pulled into the garage Forest came and greeted me. He remembered my last visit regarding my moonroof and asked how it was doing. I told him that it works better now than when it was factory built. i told him I needed my oil changed and tires rotated and he said he would take care of me. We went around pricing new cars and trucks. One thing I alway like about Joe Machens is that i never feel like I’m being pressured by a sales asking me to buy. We did have 3 salesmen ask if we needed help. We alway stated no we were just browsing because of my truck being serviced. but we were curious about cars and prices. Even though they knew we weren’t buying they still gave us time and told us about the cars. In 2021 I will be buying a Nissan Titan Pro-X and it will be from Joe Machens.

Very good service. Discovered bad cables & had to replace battery due to leak still under warranty. Service like that brings customers back. Honest service & dealership.

Service on the Jeep was super fast. Didn't know they would rotate and balance the tires as well. Couldn't ask for a more friendly staff.
