Kevin and Tara were great, did a great job, I was happy with the last service even the the visit before it the service rep forgot to schedule my future repair appt and to order the needed part and I had to make schedule another repair appt

The Service Dept is very friendly although the prices could be a lot slimmer I miss the rewards and it would be nice if they had special savings on other mechanical work besides oil changes

Had to bring my car back because my AC wasn’t fixed like...
Had to bring my car back because my AC wasn’t fixed like I asked. Then when I picked up my car the second time I realized the issue wasn’t totally resolved. I got no apology for the inconvenience of having to bring my car back, and the staff was short with me. Very upset that I will have to bring my car in A THIRD TIME to fix the AC, which should have been done when I first asked.
