David and his team did a phenomenal job preparing the vehicle for delivery. From buffing the vehicle to putting in a spray in bed-liner they took care of everything I requested. Appreciate the willingness to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase.

Very pleasant experience. Our salesman, Scotty Glasgow, was awesome. We found a car we liked online and drove 2.5 hours to look at it and bought it. Trey in finance was also awesome and the process was quick and easy!

Check in is quick. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. Restrooms are clean. My service advisor is friendly and professional. Wait time for vehicle servicing has improved last couple of visits.

The service was generally wonderful. There seemed to be a slight miscommunication between advisor and technician with regard to the mechanical issue. It was resolved quickly. I was well taken care of, but felt the advisor could have been clearer with regard to work, scheduling and other details. All in all a good experience.

Excellent deal on tires & great service! Much more included with new tire purchase compared to local tire shops. Pleased with my new tires and choosing Joe Machens Nissan.
